I always have a good experience with Uhaul equipment but what set this experience apart was the beyond fantastic service from John and Kim. I had an unusual request, I made my reservation four weeks in advance, I needed a vehicle for the week not necessarily a moving truck, they arranged for the vehicle I needed to be picked up at their location because it was close to the airport and checked in with me three times prior to me flying in to make sure I knew they secured the right vehicle for me and I could pick it up after hours and that my needs had not changed. When I dropped off the truck they even used their own vehicle to drive me to the airport. This level of customer service is almost non-existent anymore. They have served their community for 36 years and I can say they are a blessing to their community and to me and my family.

Very nice and helpful. The gentleman parked the trailer for me as I find it difficult. The lady made checking out fast and simple. I recommend this location.
