Rhonda WThe original U-Haul I scheduled was unable to pick up due to the person that works that location did not set up the lock boxes. So I was unable to get a truck at the time I wanted and had to wait another hour to pick up a different truck
Destiny SI arrived at night and the lot was pitch black. It was hard to see where to park and I did not feel safe taking the drop off pictures. Lighting in the lot would have made a big difference.

Howard MI returned the unit at 10 AM this Sunday morning a few hours early was not due back till 3 PM. The day was a bust it rained all day.

anthony pEasy check in and check out process. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I was running late by about 35 minutes and I called to let her know traffic was backed up and she kindly adjusted my pickup time. I was able to pick the U-Haul up in less than 10 min tops and literally took me two seconds to drop off the keys to the front desk.. my bill was created almost immediately after leaving.. the office worked fast and was able to accommodate me during my move. I don't think I'll be needing another U-Haul anytime soon, but I will recommend this location. Thanks again, -Happy Customer

Bonnie HThe truck cab smelled so bad I had to add a yankee candle air freshener just to be in it. The transmission couldn't seem to figure out what to do when you hit the brakes, so it would Rev anytime the brakes were used. The check engine light popped on halfway from Florida to GA, although all the gages remained within normal ranges. We were pretty terrified that it was going to break down. The location we rented from had really nice people, easy process. The drop off location was a little questionable, no one there, just a drop box, so no way to advise anyone of the way the truck was running. While we didn't need or order pads, there were three bags of them in the truck. One in the bag hanging, and two on the floor, one of which was open. We just left them alone, as our movers provided their own. blankets. Overall, we got the job done.

KANGMOO CMake sure the truck is cleane. There was tobacco all over the cab. The mileage was not accurate. They need to make sure everything is done properly. We cleaned up after the last person that rented it.

LUKE SFix the check-in process. It took me FOREVER for your website to respond to my cell phone, and I never did fully complete the process. After submitting the required pictures, I never got a website response back, so I gave up and dropped the keys and left. There has to be a better way to do unattended check-ins.

william oReally need some outdoor lighting. Hard to find location at night, and there is no lighting to assist in parking or taking pictures.
Shawn CMake it clear which trucks are returns and which are ready for pick up. Be more specific on how to work locks. Make sure pick up/drop-off locations are safe well lit places not unsafe sketchy businesses.

David LI ordered a utility dolly but there was not one in the truck and no uhauls nearby had one. We had to end up going to home depot to rent a dolly and it ended up costing us $50.

Kelli WInstructions for using the pick up by phone could use some improvements. It should not be assumed that everyone knows how to use the coded locks to unlock the box to get their key. I was simply given a code and no instructions and had to waste 30minutes calling to figure out how to get it.
