McGowan is the only UHaul I rent from now he’s always helpful they forgot my dolly was the only thing that was wrong

lillie wThis place is tiny, located on a hill, and has little portable buildings all over. There was almost no room to maneuver. It's clean and not dangerous. But I would not recommend dropping off the 26' truck and a car hauler here.

Joseph KLocation was fine, a little small for the 26 foot truck so be aware of that. I dropped off about an hour after they closed, I called ahead to advise and the gentleman who answered was professional and friendly. Used the app to return the truck, it crashed while trying to upload pictures, had similar issues when renting. Managed to complete return in about 30 minutes.
HALSTON AThe fact I couldn't see my mileage before leaving and returning I didn't like. I feel like I've been over charged.

Jamie WThe truck was sitting on empty when their paperwork said it had 3/8 of a tank so I had to make up the difference I brought the truck back with half a tank they got a half a tank of gas from me and they said they were gonna charge the man before me for the 3/8 of a tank so U-Haul made an extra 50 bucks I hope they enjoy it On the other hand the truck was there when I needed it the people were very nice that I dealt with Bonnie I believe her name was and all in all I had a pretty good experience
Paul OVehicle was not clean on the outside but the ivery clean inside. Didn’t know about the online self inspection until I raised my concerns with another near by uhaul vender, who was very helpful.

kyle GWhen we arrived at 9:00am no one was there. We called at 9:05am. No one answered. We had difficulties getting the truck, when we got it, it was 10:00. We had a scheduled time 9:00 we needed the truck. It was a very slow process. The truck was on a quarter of a tank.

Harold STruck was on empty. Bad tires. When loading the truck 15 min from the pick up location tire went flat. Paid for road side assistance but couldn’t get ahold of anyone for the longest time, when finally reached someone I was told to go book it online. Ridiculous! Who has that time when in the mids of moving! This tire has been patched before. Another time had a nail in it and was not in great shape. After everything was still charged extra for extra miles ( though this was unlimited miles ) and ther was no refund of any sort for such a shitty truck ! Worst experience of my life. Will never again rent from Uhaul
David LThe uhaul was nasty and had a bad smell, I was told I had 207 miles but was only given 175 and didn’t knw until I turned the uhaul in. So I was charged for mileage that I was told I had , very disappointed
LORI CI had to drive further out to get a truck cause of a mixup with uhaul. I had to pay extra miles, and told them I was on a budget and paid too much. I have rented so many uhauls I should have gotten a discount

James LThe cab of the truck could have been vacuumed and the back should have been swept out. I swept out the back before use and was surprised with how much I swept out and it look like a drink was splattered on the wall.
Beth LPeople were really friendly and very helpful and only place that has a tow dolly on my area. My only complaint was that the dolly I rented had some damage and had no lights so o couldn't tow at night and had to be cautious during the day.
JACOB MThe truck had dog hair in it. When my husband was driving dog hair was flying around. It looked as if the truck hadn’t been clean prior to our rental. However, we took the truck used it and didn’t complain about the dog hair.
Jerome MIt took over an hour to get the paperwork for trailer rental completed and my order was not completed. I also reserved 12 furniture pads, but they were unable to provide them to me.

JAMES TCouple of points: Your online booking reservation system really needs to sync up with your Inventory allocation and location system. I had to spend extra time sorting this out at pick up with the local dealer. He show double booked for the same truck and he only had one. I did get the truck and it was easy to drive, clean and preformed good. But I would highly recommend you consider integrating or configuring your modules and it would improve your customer service. Thanks

Curtis GRented the truck for 24 hours and they called me me asking me to have the truck back by 4 pm. We had to hurry our day to get it back because they had another reservation.
Bonnie CI did not have a problem with the location. My problem lies with being told different things from several different employees and supervisors and the things I was told not being followed through on. First my original reservation was cancelled and no one knew why, then I had to go to a completely different location just to pick up a truck. Was told by a supervisor Missy or Misty that we would get 50 dollars of the cost back because of the hassle only for four days later no refund, no notes of any kind showing in the computer after calling 10-15 time and speaking to 10-15 different people.. When I'm told something is going to be done I'm like most people and expect it to be done. They didn't hesitate to take their money from my account so I expect my 50 dollars to be refunded to me ASAP!
melissa ktruck was not clean,check engine light on, oil change overdue light on, check gas cap light on, truck leaked water in on belongings, driver side wiper blad was in poor condition and could not see road very well in rain storm. Charged me double the quoted rate for the insurance. U Haul quoted $32 and I paid $64
