BADLEY WLocation was extremely helpful. I moved about 500 feet from the location this week and somehow managed to lock myself inside my apartment. Ended up being a mere 5 minutes late to check in. Location was very understanding and so helpful. After they checked me in they noticed corporate had charged me a fee for that 5 minutes. They fixed it for me without a thought. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know!!!

GERALD RThe drop box for rental agreements and keys is easy to find and in good working order. The location is easy to find. My ONLY suggestion would be to park the U-HAUL trucks in a more organized manner so that it is easier to park when returning :).
Aimee BThe u-haul app sux, it doesn't give u the option to take pictures but only retrieve them from the gallery ,so you constantly have to start over an on the return equipment end it ended the section 2× an bc the time schedule in frustration I just let you charge me the 20 $ ...inconvenient an a little scandalous.....really. the location an ppl where great

Jason II tried to rent from the location on East Main in Russellville, AR. Absolute worst experience ever. The gentleman at the pick up location in Morrilton, AR was excellent. The mileage was incorrect but your service member on the phone was able to assist.

Jessica CI showed up to get the truck and the truck wouldn't start, I had to call roadside assistance which put me behind my moving 2 and a half hours. The next issue was I was supposed to get a appliance dolly and there wasn't one in the truck and the business was closed. I got my final charges after I returned the truck and they still charged me the dolly rental. I have emailed U-Haul several times and no response from anyone about the dolly charge

Samuel WMoving is never easy but the attendant in Morrilton helped pick the proper sized truck and answered all my questions about the pick up and drop off.
KATHERN DThe truck was dirty, it was nearly out of gas, the exhaust was so loud, and the steering was way off... Something wrong with the front end, . On top of that it costed 128 dollars plus a deposit which hasn't been returned. I had the U-Haul 2 hours. I declined insurance and he still added it. It was a racket.

Jonah GSuper-nice guy. Even gave me extra days and miles without me asking! It's a tucked away place, but great service. He has been a U-Haul franchise for over 20 years with all the excellence plaques on his wall (5-year, 10-, 15-, and 20-year). Use this location if you can!!!
