Was closed. I took pics, called them to share drop off on their voicemail and to call me to confirm. Overall cost me more to do this same day, newberg to Dayton, than it did Salem to Newberg, and overnight. Not quite right.

We didn’t have to wait for assistance nor did we have to look for anyone for help I don’t think you need to improvement anything when we arrived at our destination we walked into the office and the man at the front desk was very polite already expecting our arrival he asked if we had any problems with the truck we said no he said do you have any questions if not you are good to go

It’s not the people it’s the truck! My husband reset the trip and clocked 56 miles. When we took pictures of the odometer there was a 30 like difference!! This cause an overcharge of $30+ dollars. What should have been $135 (rounding) turned into $165. Kinda fishy… why is the trip and the odometer different and not calibrated the same??? The lady that helped us was very nice and professional! Like I said, not the people but the truck!

When checking out the u haul it took a long time because the computer wouldn’t process the information

Non regular hour pick up. Very easy. U-Haul app was very helpful. Walked me through the steps.

Have people that know what they're doing. Maybe take a deposit at the time of reservation and charge them when they pick up the equipment. I would recommend this location only because the manager was extremely nice and inviting. I would only recommend it for storage, not for U-haul.
