Fix the geoloaction program so the check-in can be completed. Provide better site lighting to see instructions. Need bigger parking and manuvering area, and grade site so it's not so rough and bumpy. In addition the return confirmation website was down for three days with an error message that said it was the programs fault.

The place was open but the was no one there to help me. It turned out to be a unique situation where the owner was called away to work another issue. I had to call the U-Haul 800 customer service number and after a few minutes, I was told just to drop the trailer somewhere on the property. It worked out okay and the location was just a few minutes from my final destination.
