It's not the location as much as the terrible equipment the absolute worst imaginable. Wasn't given a dolly, didn't transfer into gear properly, steering was like driving a boat and the back had a black piece right over the main ramp.Matthew M.

Person who handles U-Haul rentals was off and no-one was expecting me to pick up my truck. Had to call him at home to check and charge reservation? Not happy especially considering the mistakes made trying to reserve truck.Mark B.

Had a question about the rental after we had it and were using it for a local move. So I called the number provided for questions, and the representative that answered the phone would hardly let me get two word out and even when I said I needed help, he just ignored me. I tried to explain my issue and he hung up on me. I called back a couple times and never got ahold of another representative. It was a terrible experience and I normally like using U-Haul, but that day made me wish I had gone elsewhere.Robert J G.
Owner/employee was late. I had a scheduled an 8:30 am pick up. The business was supposed to open at 8 am and the doors open at 9:00. The owner forgot about daylight savings time and was late. Zero help on u haul set up and didn't know how much gas was in the truck. Tossed me the keys and made me get it out of a tight space. No walk around and no inspection. Also had less blankets than I purchased, I believe he adjusted for this but the overall experience was pretty unprofessional.Josiah B.

The customer service person did not know how to register the Uhaul and auto transport, had to call a manager twice for assistance. There was damage (graffiti and truck damage) to both the truck and trailer which hadn't been documented and there was no assistance in getting the auto transport connected to the truck or getting our car on the auto transport. Could have been incredibly unsafe.Ann B.
There was no information about the check in process. Wasted 3 hrs trying to get the truck. Was on phone with uhaul and went back and forth to uhaul dealership trying to figure out how to get truck. They changed location and mode of pick up a day before. Then the truck had cans and empty cups and trash in it which I had to remove. Overall experience sucked and I will likely not get a uhaul ever again.Devyani S.
