I’m so irritated with this drop off. 14 days to check it in??!! Ridiculous and then charge me for gas?? I put gas in it AND took a picture. The guy on the phone that I talked to was at another location and told me to leave the truck and put keys in orange box which I did. He said he would check it in THAT DAY … he did not. Then I get an email stating equipment wasn’t returned… spoke with someone at U-Haul and she said because it was a Friday it would be checked in Monday and not to worry about it. I assumed everything was ok and then yesterday I get an email stating it was checked in.. 14 days later and charged my card for gas. I am very pissed off.

The people before us did not fill the gas. And when it was time to take pictures of everything getting the truck and that crashed.

Mike BAccidentally charged for insurance and was told I would be refunded. After multiple calls to them was told I was not being refunded for their Accidental charge. Only drove the truck 16 miles and was told the truck was full when I get it and took 5 gallons to fill the tank after 16 miles.

RONALD AConvenient location. The key boxes were easy to locate and worked like they should. The vehicle was ready to go when I arrived. Otherwise it’s a parking lot.
Paul BI rented it on the 19th of October never used it on the 27th of October didn't need it mind you never signed no contract or whatever figured I had 4 days of money coming back to me around 35 dollars gentleman told me don't get no money back now why did I not see that coming so paying for 4 days extra I'm not using

Edward SThe LOCATION was great. The inside of the truck was dirty (both the cab and the back part). My experience with Uhaul in all was trash this time though. The truck wasn't at the first location, I waited on hold for 45 minutes for someone to help me, then had to jump through hoops. By the time I got a truck (I had it reserved for 9:30am, didnt get the truck til after NOON), I had no help to load my things anymore. It was a full hassle. Next time, I will pay more for "the other guy" so I can get proper information without having to go through drama or not be treated like a human.

John UThe location was difficult to get to. Road closures everywhere plus the inside of the truck smelled musty. Flared up my allergies bad. The lady from the uhaul NEVER told me that pick up was going to be a little different. That would have alerted me to read the email a little more in detail. I was just under the impression that the location was different.
Migal DWhen I arrived at location. I hat to wait 15 minutes for the keys to be dropped off. They also forgot to put the appliance dolly inside the box truck. So I had to drive 20 minutes to pick to the dolly. And wait 30 minutes for the person to do the computer work. I arrived at 10 AM to pick up the truck. Which was my appointment time. I wasn’t completely done until 11:30.
Dan RI had to drive to a second location to pick up my moving pads it would have been more convenient if they were with the truck.
David MAwesome expeience! We were not sure where we were renting from whether Ohio or Pennsylvania. Every business we called went above and beyond to find us what we needed. Fabulous customer service all around!
