Very easy process
JUSTO PI had to call for roadside assistance about a mile away from the rental place. The tire was worn out and the trailer was beating up my vehicle. I turned it back in as soon as I could
RUBY MSalespeople were slow to acknowledge us upon walking into the building. It would be best to bring the rented trucks around to the front of the building. The parking area behind the building was very tight and required some skill to get the truck out.
SHERITA SBobby was friendly and super considerate. Would definitely recommend him to my friends!

Gaurav MHad a deal through U-Haul for instead of driving one way I would return truck to original spot, when I called and ask to see if it was possible to extend the return by one day, without telling me changed it to remove the deal and charge me more. Had to call back and was told no free miles, had to cancel and rebook truck as if I was going to be charged the price it was I would rather drive one way for the price lucky I was able to get my deal again to drive back. Not happy with experience and was half tempted to go elsewhere in the future because of the interaction.
Joseph RWhile the staff member that checked me into the vehicle was polite, he failed to do a walk through of the vehicle before noting mileage. The staff member that accepted teh return, automatically added miles to the bill, without verfying the milage used (Approx 15 miles). Instead, the staff added a total of 45 miles, and under extremem protest, did they make the correction to the exact milage, but after my departure, added a miscellanous $15 fee. Very unethical location will be warning other parents of UTD students as this feels like a string "bait n switch" scam on pricing if not paying attention.

Mark WThe experience of renting a truck from Meineke Car Care was excellent from start to finish. The truck was just what we needed. It was clean and ready to go when we arrived for pick-up. When we returned the truck it took seconds to check out. We then received an initial receipt and then a corrected receipt because we had returned it early and didn't use as many miles as we estimated. It was a good price for a good product. Thanks Meineke!
Jo HGo a flat tire 3 miles from Meineke. Repairman said there was a fix-a-flat in the tire!!!! Waiting for that repair to be completed delayed our travels so much so that our professional movers in Louisiana left our house. We had to pay for 5 extra days waiting on the movers to come back to unload the Uhaul today. Nightmare. Uhaul caused me an extra $364 dollars for not maintaining their fleet of moving trucks. It's not fair I alone had to incur this cost.

KATIE KTook 45 min to get the 24/7 mobile access to work after numerous phone calls. Added an appliance dolly to the rental and there was no dolly in the truck. Had to find another uhaul location that had a dolly so additional drive time. Truck was very dirty in the cab as well as the box. Has not been cleaned in a while. We swept the box out.

DANNY DEnsure that the truck being reserved/ rented is cleaned before pick up. Otherwise, the location is good and good customer service!
Diandra NFix y’all trucks it’s not to charge a person 200 dollars for a truck that is not working properly the tuck didn’t go over 40 miles and hour and when you come to a stop it didn’t want to excellerate I believe that before you rent A truck you should make sure it’s working properly

GOPI Creally bad the customer service, the person at front desk with a very bad attitude, aggressive and rude. they charged me for a dolley that they didn't provide me, I spoke to customer service and they found me one in another store but I had to pay one more time for that.
