Back was full of broken class, inside truck was not clean, had to wipe it down just to drive it. Outside was dirty covered in mud. Widows was dirty. Drove very bad and used alot of gas had to fill up a total of three times on a three hundred 75 mile drive. Overall the cost was two hundred dollars more then the 679.00 I spent. Location was sketchy. When I asked for guy to come look at vehicle because of dents and scratches, dirty, and unclean I was told not to worry about it.Lisa C.

Crust truck I rented had a bald tire so I went back inside and the man was gone so he was called to come back and then he rented me the truck I had .he didn't do a walk around with me or anything just rented me the truck reprinted the paper work & keys and that was thatArlene N.
The dealer that I dealt with is off the chain. They took very good care of me, quick and simple. The only complaint is the person that made my reservation I wanted a 15-footer but that is still I wind up something bigger than that 20 foot or something like that at a $10 extra charge so that's only complaint I have other than that it was pretty good services.DARNELL W.
I've been a Uhaul customer for many years, returning my rental was a long and stressful ordeal. This drop off location was supposed to log return my truck the same day, it wasn't done for days. I'm thankful for the Uhaul customer service by; phone, email, text and phone calls, reassuring me my concerns were important and noted on my account. You can start but upholding your contract orders. I asked for 9am & got an email that said be there at 9am. Once, I got there they weren't open & I logged into the online account and it said 10:30. Your company delayed my move by an hour & a half & honestly. If I didn't have to move & do everything that day I would not have proceeded. I would have just gotten a truck somewhere else. Owners were great. We selected another location but got called to say the location had to be changed. This location unfortunately was not very safe to us. I returned the rental before 8pm, which was the time I rented it for, but the U-Haul app would not let me upload photos of the mileage. After several attempts I looked for a phone number to call for assistance, but could not find one. Finally I tried the U-Haul website, which did allow me to upload the photos. Provide the truck ordered, it's that simple. If you can't provide a truck with a month's notice at the promised location you don't have a viable fleet management model. I expect a call from the regional fleet manager, a significant discount on mileage at minimum, and the $50 due to customers who are not informed that their order has been changed as mandated by class action lawsuit.Eric H.

My experience was horrible. I felt like ping pong ball. After visiting three locations I was able to get truck at the eleventh hour. Melvin dale location was able to provide me truck after couple of calls to U-Haul. It was not the location fault, it was an issue with U-Haul corporate.Urmil S.

First of all, during the pick up I uploaded a photo of the fuel gauge to show that the fuel level was not 7/8. Secondly I stopping to fuel up jus before I turned the truck in.! You charged me for the fuel anyway. It is an obvious scam and I will do everything in my power to warn everyone of it. I will stop payment on the fuel charge as well. This is not the drop off locations fault. This is a UHaul problem because the drop of may not have known that the fuel was 5/8 when I picked it up. This info must not have been on file.RODGER R.

For my rental pick up I was allotted 340 mi and told I would be charged $0.40/mi over the 340 mi limit. On the paper handed to me by the personnel at the Melvindale Market, it says mileage allowed is 327mi. This is not was told to me or written on the initial paper. The location is convenient and it's nice to have the option to pick it up without contact however, the store owner did not know how to complete the transaction and his lock box with the keys were not in a clear/visible place. That made it difficult to pick up and dry out the process. We didn't end up leaving with the truck until 11:00.Mignon L.

Tire pressure indicator shows the low air in right front wheel. When asked to correct it, they didn't correct it and nothing will happen. Vehicle was given with empty tank, when I asked him, he said to me to return same way. How can I make rank empty and give. Vehicle was very old and taking more gas and not clean well. Thought of canceling, But due to emergency, took the vehicle. It's bad experience.Ravi V.

When I showed up to the location the man at the location didn't even speak English and then when someone else arrived that could translate they told me the rental was for some other guy and told me I couldn't pick it up even though I had my reservation pulled up on my phone with the time and date on it.
