Tire pressure indicator shows the low air in right front wheel. When asked to correct it, they didn't correct it and nothing will happen. Vehicle was given with empty tank, when I asked him, he said to me to return same way. How can I make rank empty and give. Vehicle was very old and taking more gas and not clean well. Thought of canceling, But due to emergency, took the vehicle. It's bad experience.

When I showed up to the location the man at the location didn't even speak English and then when someone else arrived that could translate they told me the rental was for some other guy and told me I couldn't pick it up even though I had my reservation pulled up on my phone with the time and date on it. I had to call uhaul and have them tell them to give me the keys.

The website does not refresh or warning you about mistakes. I had to wait more than 20 min to speak to a representative over the phone. The gasoline policy is not explained well at the time of making the reservation. The refuel price is ridiculous.

This was unbelievable how terrible the workers have no clue what they are doing. I had to call twice and went over that we were picking up and dropping off at different locations. They gave different instructions both times. When we went to pick up, it was like they didn't know what to do, then they were told several times it wasn't a round trip, we told them over and over that it would be dropped off in Jonesville. They kept trying to charge for the round trip. I wish I was there when we did a drop off, because that didn't go well either. They overcharged. But it was my nephew that brought it back and he didn't know any better. Terrible, terrible service, you really need to do better training or drug testing, because it was hard to believe that they couldn't understand something so simple.

The man was late to the shop. I got to the place at 9:47 his father was there and speak English. So I had to wait. The truck was dirty need to be clean out.

Note, this location is actually a mom & pop store that rent Uhauls. You may have to wait for the owner to get to the store once you've placed your order. We placed our order with the Dearborn location who referred us to the Allen Park location because we needed a truck asap. Unfortunately, most one informed the store owner, this, we had to wait until he was contacted to assist us.

I choose u haul for 1 good reason because of there good name and had used in the past plus as I'm disabled I needed to pre pay for my truck as I wouldn't be able to pick and drive . The primary driver arrived to this location to pick up vehicle and the employee who apparently didn't know how to do his job kept insisting I had to be there with my credit card , license . I spoke with him about it being prepaid and he was refusing to give us truck . He was supposed to call uhaul call center to straighten it out After 45 plus mins he kept insisting he couldn't do it. I called u haul and with in 3 mins everything got straightened out .plus we upgraded to a 26 foot truck The employee was still insisting we pay I believe 10 something for that even after he was told the call center waived it .Finally we received the truck . When we arrived to start to move we discovered there was no dolly .to move with !! Also just a note regarding this rental place . I had called to confirm rental a few days before and he answered with Hello several times I had to ask Is this u haul ?? When we opened the back noticed something like carpet fibers on floor And in front cab bottles ect

On arrival, person in charge of giving me the truck wasn't there. His brother was at the facility, he told me his brother who usually takes care of U-Haul customers isn't around and I'll have to wait 2 hours. After explaining that I already have a reservation, he calls his brother and it takes us ~30 minutes until I actually get the keys, and he had no idea what he was doing. However, on returning the truck at night, brother was actually there, and he facilitated the process rather promptly.

-Was charged for Safe Move Plus Insurance, even though I requested just Safe Move. Was not reinbursed after I called U-Haul -The battery was dead on the first truck, so we had to use another truck -No walk around of the current truck was performed with the store -It took 45 minutes + rent the U Haul

I was told that only 10 ft trucks were available when calling U-haul in Lincoln Park, Mi Campaign/ Dix Rd location. After picking up 10 ft truck, we passed a U-haul center and saw MANY, MANY 20 ft AND 26 ft. trucks available in yard! Extremely disappointed. Our move could have all been accomplished in 1 trip! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
