Store was completely closed in the middle of the day. Felt really awkward just taking pictures and putting keys in a drop-box thankfully the signs and other trucks helped me make sure I was in the right place

Do not charge the customer before the truck is returned. I have two pending transactions on my card now because of this. One pending putting the original estimated cost from when I picked up the truck back on my card and the second one pending taking out the actual cost of using the truck after I returned it. So now I have over 100$ in limbo... Charge the total amount once the truck is returned. Not what you think it's gonna be when the truck is rented....

To be charged gas fee when the filled up before returning to this location is absolutely absurd… I was even there before they closed and told everything was good until I received my receipt the next day for extra charges

I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone unless you want to be ripped off. Charged extra fees without your approval or knowledge. And when I returned the truck, the owner left for the day and nobody else trained to process your return. Wanting me to leave without a receipt. Not professionally ran or a good experience.

My arrival time was 9am and the person working was late. 15 mins turned into almost a hour. The woman running the store was very sweet and apologetic she ended up calling a owner and he did it over the phone. Never did see the late guy. My original location for pick up was Taylor mi but the day before my pick up location was changed to 20 mins further from my house.

Melvindale Market on Oakwood in Melvindale Mich is the Best. Hussain and his family there is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been Renting Uhaul trucks from this location for sometime now. Professional and courteous always. I love going to this location also because the store is very clean and lots of great food to purchase. I'd like to take this opportunity to personally thank Hussain and his family for their kindness.

Went to the store on fourth Street in southwest Detroit and had to wait in a long line finally find out that there was an old trucks there then I had to rush to another place before they closed and the people are really rude

Back was full of broken class, inside truck was not clean, had to wipe it down just to drive it. Outside was dirty covered in mud. Widows was dirty. Drove very bad and used alot of gas had to fill up a total of three times on a three hundred 75 mile drive. Overall the cost was two hundred dollars more then the 679.00 I spent. Location was sketchy. When I asked for guy to come look at vehicle because of dents and scratches, dirty, and unclean I was told not to worry about it.

Crust truck I rented had a bald tire so I went back inside and the man was gone so he was called to come back and then he rented me the truck I had .he didn’t do a walk around with me or anything just rented me the truck reprinted the paper work & keys and that was that

The dealer that I dealt with is off the chain. They took very good care of me, quick and simple. The only complaint is the person that made my reservation I wanted a 15-footer but that is still I wind up something bigger than that 20 foot or something like that at a $10 extra charge so that's only complaint I have other than that it was pretty good services.

I've been a Uhaul customer for many years, returning my rental was a long and stressful ordeal. This drop off location was supposed to log return my truck the same day, it wasn't done for days. I'm thankful for the Uhaul customer service by; phone, email, text and phone calls, reassuring me my concerns were important and noted on my account. I will continue my business with Uhaul, I will not return anything to this location.
