Have the vehicle inspected and ready to go at the designated pick up time. We had to wait 45 minutes and he was having computer problems from UHaul also.

We arrived at the pick up location and had to wait 2 hours because they didn’t check it in yet and only a 17 year old kid was working. Then the owner made the kid hook up the trailer and he struggled with that. Then the trailers tire had a leak so we had to keep putting air in it throughout the two days. We were also booked an hour away from our house when we wanted the fishers location. Horrible! We already called and the manager said we will get a full refund.

We had to drive 20 miles to Cicero Indiana because the truck we rented in Elwood Indiana was not available as promised. We were told the Cicero Indiana facility opened at 9:30 and we had to wait until someone showed up after 10am. I rented a hand truck and he had none available. Had to go back to Elwood to get a hand truck. The truck had a noise coming from the exhaust pipe. Horrible experience.

We had a mobile pickup scheduled for 8 am. When we got to the location to pick up the truck there was a vehicle blocking the exit for the 26' truck to be taken out. We then couldn't get the truck out until someone got there to move the pickup truck at 10:30. The location opened at 10.

I rented a dual axel trailer. The tires in the front axel were inflated to about 80 lbs. (max 65 lbs per the tire) and the tires in the second axel were inflated below 20 lbs. The trailer jack does not work at all. It slowly falls down while driving and you cannot crank it back up. I had to slowly lift it back into place. Because of this I had to lift the neck of trailer on and off my hitch.

Have the trailer tongue blocked off the ground so I can back the ball under the coupler.
