Be present when the customer is coming to pick up the truck. I feel my experience might have been a one off as the management wasn't present when I arrived. The door was locked and no one answered the number they posted to reach them. I was 20 mins early to my appointment check in, called twice with no answer. It was 20+ minutes past my scheduled pickup to finally leave. Which may seem minor but once they were there it was about a 2 min process. The scheduling and check in seems useless if no one is going to be present to provide the keys. I got the same results upon delivery, door locked and no one answered the phone. If you dont want to offer weekend hours, then change the service to M-F.
