When I went to pickup my truck, they didn’t have the dolly’s I rented in the truck and I picked it up with mobile app during non-working hours. So I took the truck the truck without the dolly equipment and I was stilled charged for them even though I tried to get them taken off my bill.

There is no jack attached or otherwise to support the hitch when connecting the trailer to my vehicle. Additionally the was no locking pin supplied to secure the ball hitch.
