The car hauler was in a ditch, could not hook up to our truck, no one to help us, So i had to go back home to get a jack to jack up the hauler my grandson and i, so we could hook it up because it being down in the ditch, after loading up the car, and when we got to our destination found the tie down over the right front tire had broken, the car was only being supported with one tie down on the left front tire, will never use again, infact i would like a refund.Saundra H.

Lady that worked the front desk was EXTREMELY rude and stated that she should even be doing Uhaul "things" and gets paid to work in the store. Then tried to tell me the tank in the truck was at 1/8 when it was at the 1st tick in the truck (divided into quarters and was at the 1st tick mark or 1/4 or 25% tank which is what it was picked up originally with. Very rude and unprofessional experience that reflects Uhaul VERY poorly.SEBASTIANALEXAND B.

With repeated great experiences renting from your Palm Harbor Florida corporate center and others over the years , I have come to expect, and receive, excellence in service delivery. My experience in the rural Meridian Georgia U Haul and convenience store was a polar opposite, and a significant blow to the brand. A short list of just what I experienced include, 1. Almost an hour to get trailer and get back on the road, even though I had pre-registered., 2. Had to â€œmuscleâ€ my own heavy 6x12 cargo trailer tongue out from underneath the trailer in front, while dealing with the wet sandy ditch and it's effects of gravity and accessibility. They knew days in advance I was coming, but seemed indifferent and unwilling to assist or accommodate. The lone c-store clerk could not leave the store., 3. My trailer was rented to me with pretty significant prior fender, fender flare and running light wiring harness damage. In my opinion, U Haul in its quest to dominate the industry, may have become a bit to lax in the issuance of licensing your network. I will be very careful in any future U Haul rentals, to not plan a route that does business at one or the other, with anything less than a proper and professional licensee.Ronald W.

My wife took it back and there was no where to park and initially no one to help. After some time two guys came and wanted her to park it somewhere where she didn't have the ability to park it. They agreed to drive our truck to get the trailer where they wanted it and ultimately we were able to return it, but the location was VERY small and requires driving down a narrow dirty road and turning around in some one's driveway to return it where they wanted.Mark C.

Assign a pick up location that is open during pick up hours. Instead you had a pick up location reassigned that took me 2 hours to get to and back. The rental vehicle can was dirty and barely any gas in it when picked up.Jordan W.

rental staff are not trained. they were slow and stupid. when i took the truck back it took over an hour to complete truck inspection and pay my bill. the best thing uhaul could do is close this outlet!Heather E.
The person at this location did their best to assist me but as this was a very small country convenience store, I feel it was not set up to deal with UHaul transactions. The lady had no idea I was coming. The laptop computer kept going off and on, and the person had to call at least two separate people so she could be walked through finding my contract. It took almost 2 hours.Jana L.
