This was a very dirty lot, very small lot in a very sketchy part of town that had had no space for the truck we returned. It only had two small parking spaces and those were taken with small uhaul trucks. There was a locked fence with all kinds of junk and junk cars behind it that had the uhaul key drop box and a QR code on the sign to scan for the return of a truck. The QR code did not work. We called customer service to try and have them check in the truck and they could not so we asked for a supervisor. We weren't leaving the truck without getting some sort of confirmation of return. We were told a area person would drive by within the hour and verify the truck was there and contact us. We spent a very long time on the phone with trying to get help with this return. We were told the QR codes don't work so I don't know why Uhaul sent us to this location for a drop off. We weren't leaving the truck without verification that it was dropped off and Uhaul customer service was not very helpful. Once we got the supervisor on the phone, she was able to help us. The lot we left the truck on had a auto shop on it that took up the whole parking lot and no one spoke English. I followed in my car to pick up my husband and the car barely fit on the lot and they were upset that we were even there.

Kind of a sketchy area. As long as you pick up during the daylight you’ll be fine.
Tamar GI was very happy with a gentleman named Joe or possibly Joey who was very helpful in taking care of me needs. He walked me through everything and took the time to help me with getting my rental straight. When I returned he helped me again with a caring positive attitude. Upon returning I had a billing issue and he immediately helped me resolve it. Excellent customer service which is very refreshing and uncommon these days.

Gene EUseless. No facility, never anyone there, cellphone signal too week for app to work, lock on rear to get key is crap, took 15 mins to get it to open... while being out in the rain. Same problem trying to open again to unload the truck. Lock on passenger door was trashed and could not have key inserted.

Clemente QFacility was not staffed at scheduled pickup time of 10:00 a.m. Employee eventually arrived 1 hour later. UHaul did provide an adjustment to the price and the equipment was almost new.

Walter ZNo in person. Everything over the phone in a poor neighborhood. The phone kept cutting in and out. We lost helpers cause getting the truck took over and hour. It was so frustrating and awful. The items I needed weren’t even there.
Brianna JBad neighborhood and bad service. The store was locked during business hours and the employee answered via a Ring doorbell. My husband was injured during the move and we needed assistance checking in the truck (the app was having issues and wouldnt check it in.) The guy wouldn't come out of the store to help and told us to drop the key in the box. We did and then called UHaul's main number for further assistance.
Lori CI felt completely forced to use the online services instead of being helped in person, which made me feel like I did all of your work for you. and completely extorted with the extreme over charge, which was confirmed by the ride share location employee (not a u haul employee) because he told me how much the previous renter paid versus what I paid and it was 4X the amount. I feel cheated lied too and and fully ran around. I will never use u haul ever again. P.S. the truck was way out dated and did not have an "easy ride" as advertised.
Paul BThe windshield wipers were bad. No windshield washer fluid. Filling with fuel was time consuming because the auto shutoff kept triggering due to the anti siphon mechanism in the fuel tank.

Steven MHad issues using the truck share 24/7 to pick up the vehicle and a lot of difficulty retrieving the code for the lock to get the keys. Pick up for this trip was the biggest hassle I’ve ever had with U-Haul
