Clean mud off of the cargo van's floor. Correct your business signage so that there is no confusion with the business next door. Provide better lighting for equipment parking area so after hours returns (at night) are not conducted in the dark.

I rented the truck with my phone. Very pleased with this location. Truck ready to go and good cell service to make the UHaul app (prone to not working in medium to poor cell coverage areas) went well.

Have every one on the same page sells representative was very rude and disrespectful and uncaring had my 2 week old baby in the hot heat because they couldn't wait 5mins for me to run to the Wells Fargo it really made me upset over all this was I very poor experience being my 1st time U-Haul I don't think I'll ever be using this company again

Metro Auto Mart made the U-Haul rental experience easy. We were able to get the vehicle that we needed for our move. The Agents were courteous and professional, we would definitely do business with them again, and recommend them to family and friends.

Attendant was rude and unknowledgeable of the prices and requested i paid more than what was on the site. Trailer was parked in an awkward spot on the lot that was difficult to get out. No one helped to attach the trailer. She was rude .

The 5x8 trailer was the right tool for the job. The folks at Metro Motors we're outstanding. They were friendly, efficient and thoughtful. They made this process so easy so when I need to rent again I will return to them.

Rented a 6 foot wide trailer. Well, the gate opening is less than 6 foot. It would be nice to know because it made my job a lot harder due to sizing of gate

Thank goodness we checked the oil in the truck before we drove it. Almost no oil! We had to ask them to put 2 quarts in. Truck drove terrible. The lady checking us in didn't know how to load the app to my phone. She blamed it on my phone. It turned out to be her app. We drove 52 miles. We put $20 gas in before we returned it. Next day they charged my debit card almost $40 more for gas. Does it cost $60 to drive 52 miles? I won't go there again.

I really like this location. I picked up after hours and felt safe at night as they are located right on a major road and I could see police officers filling up across the street. Truck has always been available, clean, and ready to go ! Thanks guys !!!

The lights on the trailer didn't work and I had to drive to nc at night with my newborn and I was terrified… I reached out several times to no avail.

Found it challenging to drop off after hours due to the website being down and they were closed. So maybe having a secondary local location for drop off in case the website goes down

The trailer was clean but the brakes were awful. I have rented these auto transports many times and I have never had one with brakes this bad. Extremely jerky with no load on the trailer.

Initial meet and pick up was great. After drop off the next day getting accused of steeling a trailer when the issue was lack of inventory control was very unpleasant.

only issue i had, was there seemed to be something with the electronics that was staying " on", as if you had a light on, or door ajar, as it would beep continuously, with no key in the ignition. appeared on 2nd day, didnt notify Uhaul, as they were closed before i could report it. it was appearing to run the battery down very very slowly... process at this location, was easy/painless and very friendly, absolutely recommend them.
