ALEXIS G.The dealer at the Miami Total Security, LLC location called me after i was already 30 min away into my move and said that she gave me the wrong truck keys and that I needed to drive back the 30 minutes and switch trucks... this forced me to have to cancel my movers that I had scheduled and put me behind completely on my move. She said she would give me a discount for the troubles and never did. One of the most stressful days of my life due to this dealers negligence and then also not keeping her word.

LUIS D.Needed MORE THAN TWO HOURS to receive key after finding out the store was closed at 12:00 pm and my pickup was scheduled for 1:00pm!!!!! 24/7 ? What's that about? I had 7 different operators over the 3 hour phone thing! Does that mean there's someone incapable to answer my phone 24/7? Not to mention the scant 4 hour use I needed (from 1pm to 4pm) to pick up a piece of furniture! Turns out I needed to spend on UBER , waste MORE gas by missing appointment and you'll STILL NEEDED THE VEHICLE BACK AT 4:09pm the same damned DAY!!!!! I want an explanation of 24/7!!! I expect this! In the end I was told, thankfully, that I could keep the truck till the next day(4:00pm). And another spokesperson agreed to send a $50.00 “sorry feeâ€. But I haven't seen that as of now: 4/25/22

Rosario Jean ros R.Improve the check in and check out process. Check in takes a while to process and GPS location is not accurste. Check out process does not work sometimes. Your phone customer service needs to be improved considerably. Waiting times of 50-60 minutds are unacceptsble.
