Sean PI wish I could drop off a U-Haul at Todd’s Treasures every day! The woman behind the desk was just as sweet as sweet can be! Drop off is a snap! The bonus to take a look around Todd’s was a huge plus! We loved dropping off at Todd’s Treasures!

Robert JVery convenient location! Dropped the truck off Friday late evening after having just picked it up Thursday at 4pm. The vehicle was not "checked in" by Michael Todd's Treasure until late Sunday evening. So naturally I got text messages and phone call asking why I hadn't turned the truck in.
Christel RThe app was glitchy and forwarded me on before I could take pictures of the rental before or after, it told me the key exchange was a handoff when it was a lockbox and didn’t give me the code, and lots of fees. it was a very frustrating experience overall.
Katherine RThere was nothing wrong with the location however trying to work with remote pickup through the app & website was HORRIFIC. We were life sitting in the heat parked next to the truck for well over an hour trying to walk through all of the repeating requests, network and scanner difficulties in trying to complete the online process and after calling customer support twice, and being transferred to two OTHER customer support groups twice, with a total hold time of 40 to 45 minutes we finally had the key out of the lock box. Even after that there was still another 20 minutes of 'check out steps to follow. the delay caused by the app put the entire plan for our day, and 4 different families behind schedule. I would NEVER RECOMMEND Uhaul s remote pick up process to anyone EVER!
Vikki sChecking in on the website seemed like a cool feature. I rode my bike to the location because of it. But it took almost 30 minutes to do it that way. Will definitely go inside next time.

Sean PHave an app without so many glitches. Spending 25 minutes in 105 degree weather trying to get the mobile app to accept a photo of the back of your ID is not appealing one bit especially to find out that your rental truck has a check engine issues after all the initial headaches
Jacob TI just would like to say that Sean Peterson was a excellent rep. He was fast friendly and a joy...I appreciate all he did with helping get my truck rented. I would recommend this shop to all I know to use uhaul here if they want excellent service

KAREN MI rented a 10’ box truck for my move from Michael Todd’s and it was such a great experience. From start to finish the customer care I received from Sean Peterson (general manager of Todd’s) was absolutely phenomenal. Moving in the middle of summer in Phoenix is always a brutal task. Sean really helped make the entire process so smooth and helped take the stress of moving to another level!!! I will most definitely use Michael Todd’s for any future U-Haul rental needs. You will always be treated with respect, manners and professionalism as I was without a single doubt in my mind. Also, store is a fabulous place to get inspiration and shop for all your home needs at competitive and affordable prices!

Kaya SMy uhaul wasn't ready. I orderd an appliance dolly and wasn't provided one and no moving blankets which I ordered. I had to call for support multiple times to get it everything squared away.

Michael GTruck was filthy. Food on the floor dead bugs, and this vehicle had road issues. Could hardly see out front window. Driving...Wandered right and left with play in the steering wheel. I got it home and reported these issues for safety reasons.

Cameron RThe woman who helped me said, “we only got the uhaul about a week ago so I don’t know how to help you.” After speaking with her, she opened the lock box and handed us the keys and sent us on our way. My reservation ended up being cancelled, despite me already having the uhaul and being in another state with it. Michael Todd’s treasures is extremely a poor location. I have been very stressed and upset with this situation and probably will not use uhaul again.
