I asked for furniture dolly’s and furniture pads. I never received any of it and they still charged me for it. Even after i told them the u-haul didn’t have any of my items. Terrible!
Christopher CWas principally a drop off location. Not manned .... even during business hours. Really hard to find drop off key slot.
Federico OThis was the most ridiculous experience I've ever gone through. I wasted my one-hour lunch break waiting around in an empty lot rather than having the quick and seamless check-in experience I expected. I booked the closest U-Haul location to the apartment I was moving from and the morning of my pick-up, I received a call letting me know my pick-up location had been changed. When I arrived at this new pick-up location, it was just a huge empty lot with a few trucks in front of a trailer park. There was NO office, NO building, NO ONE to help me or point me in the right direction. I started to do the mobile check in on my phone thinking I could maybe just get the keys off the truck and go, but after filling out my info the app directed me to "go inside to grab the keys" and there was no inside to go to! The contact number I was given for this location would go straight to voicemail (not even ring) and the voicemail inbox was full -- no way of contacting anyone. I had to call the Uhaul customer line for help, they somehow connected with the owner who said she was "5 minutes away." After waiting 20 minutes I called the Uhaul customer line AGAIN and had them contact the owner again. After waiting another 20 minutes finally a man walked out from one of the homes behind the lot and came to unlock a box to give me a key. I felt SO unsafe, so confused, had no idea if I was even in the right place because there was absolutely no identification or person to contact for questions. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
Angela OI was not properly informed that my reservation had been transferred to this location and then upon arrival there was no indication of where to check in and complete the forms for pickup. It was at a random house in the middle of nowhere.

Eric HArrived at the site during manned hours. Where to place equipment was marked, but the area that appeared to be the office said ‘No Trespassing’. Fortunately, the automated return worked; but I did not receive any communication that the return was complete and to drop key in drop box. As we were leaving, someone came out of the area that looked like the office and asked if we needed to rent something. I said no and pointed to the equipment I returned. I told them that I did not receive an electronic receipt for the return. They said they would send an email with the receipt … I am still waiting for a receipt.
