My experience was absolutely great. I had problems getting through the process but I reached out to an agent and he pulled over on the side of the road to assist me with the process, not just one time but several times. He walked me through it from beginning to end and he never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable at all. He was amazing!

I rented a truck this week and all went well. The only thing I would request is that the gas tank be full when I take it since I have to return it on a full tank or be charged an extra fee.
