David CThe previous week we had rented from an Annapolis, MD location. They overcharged us for gas after we put gas in the truck. Receipt sent. Also, corporate was to credit our account $50.00 for the first location last week not having the reserved truck available and they had to send us to the Annapolis location. This did not happen. We also lost over an hour of our limited time having to go through this process of locating another location to rent a truck. We had given up on UHaul's service until this location. They were easy to work with, efficient and the cleanest truck we have ever rented from UHaul. Will only use this location from now on.

Cora BAfter returning the uhaul, I had to follow up to remind them to enter in the system as uhaul returned, I was told that they will call back but nobody did. Instead I got a message days letter saying item over due and not returned.

Lorron OThe trailer lacked things that I had to go buy at a local autozone to make the trailer safe. 1. The electrical hookup was missing the pigtail that connects to the auto outlet. 2. The chain hooks were too small to loop into my heavy duty trailer hitch—that has worked fine on many other rentals. 3. The computer login wasn’t working for one guy so I had to wait for another guy to login. It took over an hour yo pick up the rental. The staff were as helpful as they could be but not what I was expecting.
Lawrence FInvest in one way rentals, have better maintained trucks (my truck stated it need service to the TPMS system the duration of the trip), also the contract stated 20 fee for after hours but my due back time and day was Sunday at 9am and the location is closed on sundays, so it like being penalized for adhering to Uhauls’s contract… whaaaat!

Greg FOnly problem I had is the location I requested was changed to a place that was 26 minutes away from my destination. It would be nice if I was given options and not have it auto default to the computers choice.

Faythe ANo one was wearing masks as requuired by AA county. We turned in our rental on time, and were charged for an extra day. We waiting a long time, as their computer was not working properly to take back the rental. We have requested a refund and nothing has happened.

John S1. Had broken left rearview mirror 2. Uhaul changed my pick up location at last minute which added an additional 15 miles to my pick up location. 3.dditional miles caused me to drive farther than planned and resulted in extra mileage charges.
Cara BI just would wish your people would know how to attach the U Haul so the chain doesn't drag. I have have to tie it up myself every time. This goes for the Laurel location also.

Rachel HI had no problems with the location but rather the online check in. Online checking was very frustrating and time consuming. I love that you can do 24 hr/ pickup because I work during business hours but I wish the app wasn’t so buggy. At times it would not let us input information then decline us for it, or sometimes just decline us for seemingly no reason. After messing around with the app for a while, customer service took over a half hour to verify over the phone.
Gracie MI rented a trailer on Wednesday night after hours at 5:45. I was 2 hours late and called the store to notify.them. I realize it was 2 hours late but they charged me for another 24 hours - $29.95. That’s ridiculous. I won’t be back to that location and I would never recommend them.

John BThe truck was leaking! Had to drive through a rainstorm and when I opened the truck, my furniture was soaking wet! Completely ridiculous. But I can't "show" wet furniture through a photo when the furniture is made with dark material, so I have nothing to file a claim on. This is the second time I've had issues with this company. I will absolutely pay more to use a different moving company in the future.
Ashley CI will Never Ever use the mobile app to checkin/out ever again. It was very inefficient. Having a UHaul rep harass me via the app, having to require two co-workers to serve as references - was a major inconvenience. I ended up using the location to manually check me in - and it took all of two minutes. This location was wonderful. The truck was fine. The app was awful. The end.

Richard MThe guy that checked me in was very helpful! Would definitely rent here again. However the truck had some dirt in the inside and mud on the tires from previous renter. It would have been nice to have that remove before placing my things in th truck.
