JEREMY SAs for were the personnel helpful, yes and no. He let me know that he was new to the system. Had to call him and am still waiting the return of my $25 for turn in of clean, swept and folded pads X24.

DOUGLAS RHave someone available at the location. App was not the thing. Stood outside of the building for an hour and 20 minutes. Put my phone # in 4 times to many. Just was not what l will do again. I will go directly to a U-Haul store or somewhere else.
Fern NThe dealership personal are very friendly and that I appreciate. However, the tires on the three trailers they had to choose from were questionable. The trailer that I wanted to use had a tire with a broken cord. I chose to use the trailer with the best tires and had no problems at all. However, the other 2 trailers sitting there might not have made the trip. This being said I do appreciate the opportunity to rent a trailer and will do it again if the need arises. Trailer was clean, towed easy and the lights all work just fine.
