The gentleman was unprofessional, he didn't explain anything to me, I told him I needed it for One 1, day only , he charged me for two 2 days. I called and left him 3 messages asking him to call me back which he never did return my call, nor would he answer my calls. He didn't walk me to the truck and explain anything, I'm asked for a moving dolly, he said the truck DID NOT COME WITH ONE. I was not impressed or happy with my experience. I will tell anyone asking to rent a uhaul in Mexico to NOT USE WHI I USED. AND I THOUGHT THAT THE TRUCK WAS A BASIC FEE PER DAY PLUS MILEAGE THIS GENTLEMAN CHARGE ME $374 ON MY CARD GAVE ME A LOCATION TO DROP THE TRUCK OFF I DON'T KNOW HOW HE FIGURED OUT HOW MANY MILES THAT I WAS GOING TO NEED OR USE TO WHERE I WAS GOING AND NOW I GET EVERY EMAIL SAYING THAT I STILL OWE PENDING CHARGES AND I'M NOT GOING TO PAY THEM.

ELIZABETH BI came to drop off afterhours and the lock box would not lock so I wasnt sure what to do. It was confusing and I left the key in a random place and left a voicemail. He later called and figured it out but that was the only weird part!
MENDY DI got charged twice and the guy was pretty rude. Added extra stuff that we said we didn't want. Wouldn't recommend to anyone and this was my FIRST and LAST experience.

As this isn't his "main business" if you already have a uhaul profile set up online, it will help speed up your time. Equipment was great, clean and worked well both times I've rented here.
