First time at this location and was extremely impressed by the friendliness of the employees. Loved that I got to drive a brand new truck. Although the location was 6 miles further than my 'local' store, it was so worth it on many levels. If you're needing to rent something, do yourself a huge favor and use this location, I know I will in the future.

The car carrier sorely needs a thorough inspection. The ratchets that hold the straps on the vehicle were filthy and very difficult to tighten.

Wasn’t expecting to have to load vehicle on auto transport. Called the location I requested pickup and was told I would receive help but was told it was a liability when I got to the location. Location had no boxes for me to purchase.

I have used this location several times in the last 2 years for long hauls to Michigan. The equipment has always been clean and reliable. The staff at this location is courteous, helpful and professional.

The lady was very snotty like I was a huge inconvenience for her. She did not read anything over with me at all, explained nothing except that I need to make sure the tank is full and it's clean when I return it. Everything out of her mouth had attitude behind it. The TPMS light is on and the information center says service tire pressure monitoring system. I already diagnosed it. It's the right rear tpms sensor. That truck should not be rented like that! The front end is loose and all over the road. And I don't know why I didn't think to take a picture of the odometer, but I should have. Because I reset the trip meter when I left there and I know I didn't use it for 94 miles. Let me tell you a little secret. The whole reason I rented that truck is because I am a Roadside Service Provider for U-Haul and I needed it to haul a U-Haul trailer that had been in an accident to the Houghton Lake center....so every single mile I drove is document because I charge U-Haul for mileage. I have screenshots of my routes and the mileage and it's definitely less than 94. It's kinda screwed up...I give U-Haul breaks on mileage and stuff all the time. Almost every invoice I submitted has some subtracted from it...and here I am getting stuck with more miles than I drove. But I charge U-Haul $6/mile when I haul a trailer so I guess I'm charging for 94 rather than 86...and I have a receipt...from U-Haul saying that's how many miles it was

This was not our preferred pick up location. We did not get the size truck we wanted either. We were supposed to get extra miles for the inconvenience but they weren’t added. Too many changes with the reservation.
