MICHAEL WBe more understanding when it’s bad weather and it causes you to be 1 hour late and you get charged an extra day. The trailer I rented needed to be dropped off at 4:45 pm and I had it there at 5:45pm.i was late due to icy road conditions. The place where I rented closed at 5:00 pm so it’s not like it could be rented out again that day.
