I was charged an additional $80. When I returned the U-Haul, I had to do so through the app. When it was time to take a picture of the odometer, the picture did not come out clear. The app advised to drop it off. They then sent me a bill saying I drove 73 miles. I’ve never had this issue.

Christopher NThis was the best location when renting a Uhaul. Way better than the actual UHaul on Watson. Wish I'd gotten the guys name, but he has THE ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ETIQUETTE!! Uhaul definitely needs to hire him to work on their CS Training Team! We had the worst experience before finding them. They actually let you go through all this hassle of reserving a truck only to get to the location and the truck is not even available and they act so uncaring!!!! My rating is for this specific locations customer service, bc I doubt I'd deal with Uhaul in the future. However if you must, definitely give this location a try first, you'll thank me later!!! The only thing is they didn't have the dolly we selected to use, which is a big help when moving. However, it didn't make me rate this spot any less, we just ended up going to The Home Depot to purchase two. Overall, great Third Party Representative.

Shebah EThe staff at the pickup location was amazing. The uhaul company needs improvement. I was charged almost $200 for a 12 foot box truck. It was returned the next day, full tank of gas and in the same condition as it was when I rented it. I was charged an extra $100 after returning for "extra miles" even though the details of where we were moving from and to were given. I do not recommend uhaul overall.
Britley GIt would have been great to have a heads up about the tire air pump being available and using only quarters. Next time I will be ready so I can check and adjust my vehicle tire pressure before I take off. That would be a perk.

Britt LYes I need a trailer for my Big truck extended cap too short for my truck. The dolly to small will pull my GMC 2500. I need trailer for the big truck to pull behind the moving truck need to be longer. This will also help your business.

Carl BThe truck needs maintenance. It was pulling and jerking. i was able to get the job done but the Gas mileage was horrible. I reaerved a Dolly at the original time of my reservation. The Dolly was not there. I had to wait until the following day to check a different store and I had to purchase one out of pocket. It's totally unacceptable to make reservation without confirmation it's in Stock. 2nd experience like this. Unacceptable.

MIKEAL YThe equipment wasn’t in the truck. I filed a report afterwards that I did not receive all my equipment and then was charged for what was not there.
Greg EI wouldn’t recommend this location because of the self checkout. It’s tedious and time consuming, especially if you’ve already inputted your personal information then when you get to the location you have to redo it again. This never happens when we visit the actual store.
Clifton SPerson at drop-off location was not available. Note left on door saying they were closed for the day and to call a number. I called the number only to get a voicemail with no return phone call. How am I supposed to return and check-in a trailer with no one to talk to. Luckily, there was a different telephone number on my contract and I was able to reach the gentleman. He promptly sent my receipt to me. In the end I was happy, but my return was questionable at first and wasted valuable time trying to figure out what to do.
DAVID GI checked in online and prepaid; took too long to get hooked up and on my way. Uhaul had not been cleaned and had items in it. Items were promptly removed. I don't really care about the cleaning as it wasn't that bad but the whole purpose of checking in online was defeated. I rented Aug 28 in Alabama and was processed in 5 minutes and hooked up in 5 more.

DEMARIO PMy "upgraded" truck had 153k miles on it, skipped constantly and 3 times failed to start. Forced to travel by highways vs express due to concerns over vehicle. Upon return mobile App refused to accept pictures of odometer and fuel gauge after over 30 mins of attempting to upload, dropped keys in the drop box and sat on hold for 40+ mins to be told I would be checked in manually tomorrow. Overall made an already stressful move even more stressful.
Alex MI reserved a trailer on line about a month ahead of time but then ended up having to redo all the info at the store when I picked the trailer up... kind of defeats the purpose. Also the reserved price was lower than the price the store gave me at pick up... but I still had to pay the higher price. Not cool. Overall decent experience though.

Tonia MI'm not sure what happened but from the time I made the reservation at one location to the time I picked the truck up at another location the miles allowed decreased and the number of days decreased. I had to stay on hold for around 45 minutes and the rep. was able to fix the issue. It's interesting that the "environmental" fee is a forced "charity" who ever came up with this idea was "smart". I didn't get the impression that there was an option. $5.00 a truck adds up to a lot of money over the course of a year. I donteven know the name of the charity. Do I get a tax form for taxes? How do I know there is an actual charity? Who are on the board and what are their salaries? What's the percentage of salaries to what is actually spent on trees, etc. I normally DO NOT donate to any charities without doing research on the charity. If I had not needed the truck then, I would have probably cancelled the reservation and went somewhere else. Then the miles allowed were just enough to get you to your destination. To be billed for 8 miles instead of seven. I know it was only an additional 40 cents for me but when you add up all the trips company wide...Uhaul make a big chunk of change. I took pictures of the miles at the beginning and at the end. The extra mile was added at the beginning.
