I wouldn't recommend this location because of the self checkout. It's tedious and time consuming, especially if you've already inputted your personal information then when you get to the location you have to redo it again. This never happens when we visit the actual store.Clifton S.
Person at drop-off location was not available. Note left on door saying they were closed for the day and to call a number. I called the number only to get a voicemail with no return phone call. How am I supposed to return and check-in a trailer with no one to talk to. Luckily, there was a different telephone number on my contract and I was able to reach the gentleman. He promptly sent my receipt to me. In the end I was happy, but my return was questionable at first and wasted valuable time trying to figure out what to do.DAVID G.
I checked in online and prepaid; took too long to get hooked up and on my way. Uhaul had not been cleaned and had items in it. Items were promptly removed. I don't really care about the cleaning as it wasn't that bad but the whole purpose of checking in online was defeated. I rented Aug 28 in Alabama and was processed in 5 minutes and hooked up in 5 more.Jennifer J.

My "upgraded" truck had 153k miles on it, skipped constantly and 3 times failed to start. Forced to travel by highways vs express due to concerns over vehicle. Upon return mobile App refused to accept pictures of odometer and fuel gauge after over 30 mins of attempting to upload, dropped keys in the drop box and sat on hold for 40+ mins to be told I would be checked in manually tomorrow. Overall made an already stressful move even more stressful.Alex M.

I reserved a trailer on line about a month ahead of time but then ended up having to redo all the info at the store when I picked the trailer up... kind of defeats the purpose. Also the reserved price was lower than the price the store gave me at pick up... but I still had to pay the higher price. Not cool. Overall decent experience though.Robert C.

The man who checked me in was very helpful and hooked up the trailer and even gave me a small lesson on why the chains are crossed and the emergency brake chain on the trailer. He was very professional.Tonia M.
I'm not sure what happened but from the time I made the reservation at one location to the time I picked the truck up at another location the miles allowed decreased and the number of days decreased. I had to stay on hold for around 45 minutes and the rep. was able to fix the issue. It's interesting that the "environmental" fee is a forced "charity" who ever came up with this idea was "smart". I didn't get the impression that there was an option. $5.00 a truck adds up to a lot of money over the course of a year. I donteven know the name of the charity. Do I get a tax form for taxes? How do I know there is an actual charity? Who are on the board and what are their salaries? What's the percentage of salaries to what is actually spent on trees, etc. I normally DO NOT donate to any charities without doing research on the charity. If I had not needed the truck then, I would have probably cancelled the reservation and went somewhere else. Then the miles allowed were just enough to get you to your destination. To be billed for 8 miles instead of seven. I know it was only an additional 40 cents for me but when you add up all the trips company wide...Uhaul make a big chunk of change. I took pictures of the miles at the beginning and at the end. The extra mile was added at the beginning.DONALD C.

I was charged an extra day because I was having trouble dropping off and getting in touch with someone on the phone to help me so I started calling uhaul at 1113 am and had the truck back in plenty of time. I emailed uhaul and have not heard back very irritatingGeorge C.

I contracted with U haul 2514 Gunn Rd and nobody showed up. I had received numerous calls with no messages left. I tried to call the office number to no avail and the emergency number listed is out of service. I called back the unknown number to be told her dog was having seizures. I asked for my reservation to be moved and the new location finally arrived and got me my rental. When I got to my destination the trailer had boxes, paper and a bug zapper light in it.Jon Jossart J.

She didn't move or explain to me to go online when I drop the truck off after hours. She was just plain lazy and didn't wanna work. I originally reserved a storage unit at this location. I went over to meet the employee to get the free lock and find out which unit was mine. No one was there. When I called Josh, who was supposed to be there when I got there, he told me he'd be there in about 20 minutes. I told him I couldn't wait so he said he'd text me all the info I needed later that day. I'm still waiting for the text.Gary H.
Improved drop off check and balances. We dropped the U-Haul off on Sunday as promised. Monday I received a call that it had not been returned. I returned the call and advised it had not been returned. I provided the drop off information to the customer service representative. I also called the drop off location and was advised everything was fine. The next day I received an email indicating I had been charged an additional day. I never received a response to my request of crediting my account back for the error.Sandra H.
