DARRYL SHorrible place to rent from! Lies lies and lies! Doesn't check vehicles prior to someone else renting and then blames it on the next customer! Photo was missing from the return and now I am being charged for gas which I purchased down the block and have receipt! Have the videos pulled from there. Terrible experience.

GERALDINE RThey did not include the moving blankets. I'd like a refund for that, please. The self-checkout was also extremely difficult and obnoxious. Please get more trucks to actual Uhaul locations that have actual people working there.

KIRK DI originally went to the Coram location. Made a reservation. They called me on my way to pick it up at 8.am to let me know if wouldn't be ready till 2:30pm. I couldn't wait that long and after a testy conversation with your rep. Who called to "go over my options" which there were none, it was literally my only option. I went to middle island that is maybe 4 miles down the road. And they accommodated me. Seems like it could've went a lot better.

chris mThis was not a U-haul facility. It was a tool rental business that also rented u-haul trucks and trailers for u-haul. U-haul changed my reservation late in the afternoon and switched my pick up location to and hour out of my way. I was contacted by text message. U-haul customer service was of little help on the phone and made me wait on hold for 30 minutes. I made this reservation 6 weeks ago and checked in a week before my reservation. The trailer should have been transferred by U-haul to the pickup location as contracted. I feel U-haul inconvenience me to go way out of my way and add 2 1/2 hours to my move and used me to transfer the trailer for them at my expense. If you rent from U-haul in the future be aware they can and will change your reservation at the last minute, so be prepared to change your plans.
Joseph LEddie was very helpful explaining how to use the car towing equipment. We needed to call him while traveling and he walked us through how to drop off the trailer. Excellent service! No improvement needed
