It would've been nice to have more than a quarter tank of gas to start my journey, That's the only thing I thought was wrong with my experience.

It was all done by remote computer screen. I prefer a real human being. Seemed so cold and impersonal.
JAMES SI have rented from U Haul before and had a good experience, but this location required me to download the app and go through a much longer process than I was hoping for. It also did not allow me to adjust my reservation from a 3 day rental to a 24 hour reservation. Additionally, the truck was not the full length I expected it to be based on the phone call I had previously. I would not recommend this location. I would recommend people rent from a place with a person there to help so they do not have to use the app.

Janet AAfter speaking with the service several times about the pick up/drop off, I was over charged for miles that was originally communicated. The fact that it was still put on the system wrong, after over communicating. There was no gas in the truck when I picked it up, but was charged for leaving it where it was lefted!!
TOMIKO PThis is our first time renting from with an automated system. What a ridiculously horrible experience!! This process is long and arduous; is NOT streamlined and does NOT save the customer time. When I went inside to speak with “virtual” customer service rep, (by the name of Zach) I gave my feedback about the experience and, the entire time that I was speaking, he had a SMIRK on his face. He gave the obvious impression that he could’ve CARED LESS about what I had to say. The lack of human interaction is also a huge deterrent and feels impersonal and robotic. I will never rent from UHaul this way ever again and I SPECIALLY will NEVER rent from Midgard ever again.

Chamara WIt took 30 minutes to figure out how to get the key. uHaul refused to give me a credit even tho I was paying laborers hourly and it took 30 minutes to get the key!!! That's NOT good business! The office was closed and it was Wednesday! What business office is closed on a Wednesday??? I don't recommend this location for truck rental or self-storage.
Marsha HWas told I needed a credit card- ran home to located mine. After an extensive search I found it. Upon returning I was told a debit card was fine. Returned the truck on Sunday, clean, full of fuel and on time; on Tuesday, instead of a credit back on my deposit my bank account was debited $103.xx again, triggering an overdraft fee and embarrassing situation at the store when my card was declined. For what it’s worth the gentleman working was pleasant and tried to be helpful, but he may have been stretched a bit thin.
