Bhavik SHeating system had an annoying clap, clap, clap sound. The air dam wasn’t working causing noise and lack of air flow. U-Haul app makes returns a snap. That is a great feature.
Patrick WThe app is horrible. It sent us to 3 different location. Virtual assistant. Then turning it in was like we were documenting a crime scene. I will do everything to avoid using U-Haul ever again. Your agent tried to double charge me for A 24 hr rental. Very disappointed.

Dropping the van off I'm now asked to set up an account online, which I shouldn't have to do and take photos of the van which I've already parked down the drive way. I'm not doing your job for you, ever, and I do not like the lazy, non customer relations, virtual assistant. Feels like Demolition Man!

FLORENCE MI had issues with rental and return using the app. Luckily I had a person to help with rental. But during the return, the app crashed many times and I was not even sure the return process was completed. I would appreciate if that can be fixed.

Poulose TThis was the worst experience with uhaul I have ever had and I will not return to this location and I am strongly considering not using uhaul I. The future. I have used uhaul intermittently over the last few years and have been to this location previously. First of all an actual agent has been replaced by a virtual one putting the work of checking in on the customer. The virtual agent referred me to the app for checkin. The app was not working and could not tell my location despite the virtual agent being able to tell the location through the app. After a delay the agent was able get us checked in (not sure why this didn't happen in the first place). Lastly lockbox for the key was jammed and only opened hallway causing a lot of difficulty in obtaining the key.

John MEverything worked out fine. However, I have to comment on your virtual assistants. Instead of listening to what the customer's question is, they simply say to open Uhaul app for everything. Even when I went to pick up the keys the assistant said to open the UHAUL app. How would I get the key by opening the Uhaul app? You need to train the assistants to listen to the question first before saying open Uhaul app. That was my biggest gripe with the service. Thank You
RAMAKANTH RCompletely unrelated to this location. The uhaul app is maddening. I was told to upload a picture of my license the night before to save time - but I couldn't. When I got to the location, the app told me I wasn't there (despite my GPS showing me that I was). The only thing that saved me (and the rental itself) was the owner at the location. Taking pictures at the end was also frustrating, but at least it worked eventually.

Robert BWith Midgard Storage at 1715 Peachtree Parkway, Cumming, GA 30041 going to virtual, it made trying to pick up a reserved truck EXTREMELY difficult and frustrated. The virtual Midgard person could not help and it took several calls and over 40 minutes to get access to keys to the reserved truck. It would also make it more convenient if on a personal profile, we can save the drivers driver's license.
Salvador CThe automated check in is a bit ridiculous. Took twice as long as going to the counter. I have to put all my info in on the site when I book the truck, and again when I pick up the truck. Truck was in good condition. Clean. Midguard does a great job.
Bruce CManager (Mark Moses) was incredibly helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Gave us great advice regarding truck spec's, driving suggestions, storage tips, etc. Cannot recommend him more highly!

CHIADIKAOBI OOnly complaint is the back of the drivers license scanning. This took a while before it actually scanned the back of my drivers license. Besides that, very happy with the service.

Edgar BMy experience at Midgard Self Storage Johns Creek was outstanding. I made the reservation online and had a few questions regarding the mileage and the drop off time. The office dispatch agents were extremely helpful, and were able to adjust my return time and answer all my questions. I originally reserved a dozen furniture pads, but there were only a half-dozen available at the time. As it turned out, I only needed a half-dozen anyway. I have another reservation in a few days, and look forward to a repeat great experience. Thanks again to the staff :)
