Alex was wonderful! After a grueling 3-day hauling trip, I was exhausted and impatient. Alex removed my trailer instantly and I was home!

They tried to get me to pay twice but I had paid in advance online. The trailer was dirty inside and out. They didn't do a vehicle inspection but sold me a hitch and then I was unable to fit all my belongings in the trailer, not because of space but because of weight.

Truck was extremely dirty inside lots of dirt like someone had hauled plants in the bed also when I made the reservation it was one way to Big Pine Key Fl from Key West was told to take the truck to Summerland Key to return when I tried to return the truck I couldn’t return it until Monday morning which I had to work so that wasn’t possible so I had to drive all the way back to Key West to return the truck they gave me the extra miles for free but I had to pay for the gas and my almost 2 hours of time to return it with no discount what so ever very disappointed I will use peneske for my next move

I DID NOT DROP OFF MY TRAILER AT THIS LOCATION ON THIS DATE!!! I dropped the trailer off in Cairo, GA on August 11, 2019.There is something very fishy about this whole thing. The property owner at that site (in Cairo) said he was not a U-Haul dealer; he was only the property owner and the guy who was supposed to be running the U Haul business on his property had been kicked out and could not be reached. This is a mess you guys need to clean up. I am NOT responsible for these charges. I will appreciate an acknowledgement of this complaint.

I had to drop off the trailer after hours, the day before it was due. I backed it into an available spot and properly detached it from my vehicle. Upon calling in the morning to verify they received it, the personnel on the phone told me that I would be charge with an 'improper drop-off location charge'. He said that it was not related to the spot I chose, but the overall location. He claimed they did not have room at their location, and that 'U-Haul does this to them all the time'. I explained that I used the drop-off location that was sent to me by text, and he still insisted that my credit card would be charged with a fee for improper drop-off. A move across the country is stressful enough - the last thing your customers need is to deal with an associate like that.

When I pulled in on Sunday I was told I could not drop off because they were full. She told me to call the 800 number. I am new to Key West.... Where am I going to park a 24 truck.... terrible customer service.

The tires of the trailer were very under inflated. This was inconvenient and cost me valuable time where I had a tight schedule.

We were charged 18 dollars for gas after we returned the rental and the gas wasn't short or lacking in gas. We were told that we would be credited for the 18 dollar charge and we were not. On top of that the toll charges that we acquired moving my deceased mother's belongings to my home were supposed to be taken out of the 18 dollar over charge we acquired. Please help us to resolve this matter asap. Thank you and have a blessed day.

The two associates talked to each other about their personal business the whole time, delaying our pick up and moving process. The van had cockroaches in it as soon as I opened the driver's side door 5 roaches came out the the plastic siding in the van. And there were more found in the back door as we were moving.

Dropped off vehicle on Sunday, 24 March 2019. Location was closed, so we put keys in after hours drop box. The vehicle did not have any damage at time of drop off. Next day the receipt was emailed and had $228.34 charged for damage. When I called location they said it was damaged and if I wanted to dispute I needed to call 1-800-GO-UHAUL. I called and they told me that I would have to deal with the location. They did put in some kind of dispute ticket. I called the location back and was told the GM was not in and would call me the next day. Did not receive any calls from anyone from U-Haul. Called the 1-800 number on day three to see what was going on with dispute and was told by Joel that the GM (Raul) had refunded the damage charge, stating that the damage was pre-existing. When we dropped vehicle off there was no damage of any kind anywhere on the vehicle. I asked for an updated receipt to show the actual charges, and was told they couldn't provide an updated receipt, to use the receipt sent to me with damage charges. I pushed the issue and Joel said that he sent an updated receipt, but still have not received. Charges on my CC reflect the damage charges. Joel told me that charges update 1-2 business days after corrections were made. These corrections were made two days ago according to Joel. Customer service and the lack of follow up have been the worst experience I've ever had with any rental car company. This rental was for the US Air Force, and I feel that the location took advantage of this and the after hours drop off. My experience with this rental has given me reservations of using U-Haul again or referring to anyone. At this time I still have not received an updated receipt or a refund for the erroneous damages. If this is not resolved by close of business 29 March I will be forced to turn this over to Air Force legal services.

The vehicle was not spotless and the manager offered to clean it. We told him not to bother we were only moving a brand new mattress and box springs. When I got back I was charged a $25 cleaning fee. He showed me a picture of a shirt that was left on the passenger side and the rental contract. For this I was charged $25 and it’s outrageous and I would tell everyone not to run from this location

Horrible. Overcharged 3 times, told to call uhaul cause the location can't help. 3 hours of phone stupidity and I'm still getting charged $22 for 3/16 of a tank of gas. What a joke. Old owners were way better!

This is a very dishonest company and they will try multiple ways to unreasonably steal your money. Manager Brandon is highly rude, unprofessional, and just an all around shady person.
