Nothing with this location. But I had gone to got thrift first, but they never signed a vehicle because it was never returned and never called me. I had to call customer service when I got there to be switched over and they were great.
Geoffrey RI took the truck and I needed it for a long trip.. once on the highway, I found my self with a big danger. The alignment was so so bad, I couldn’t control the wheels, the truck was moving from side to side.. I was putting all my energy to keep the steering wheel turned so the truck can go straight… It was a big challenge and was terrifying cuz I barely had 2 accidents but Thx god I could avoid them. I’am not that kind of person who ask for a refunds and compensation. But when I pay for a product or service I expect to be satisfied. This time I was not and more than that..my life was in danger!! Thank you Midgard, thank you U haul.

Janet MI was overcharged for an extra day rental and insurance, when I only had it for one day. Also, the office said open at 9am on Saturday , with flashing Open sign, and the door was locked, with no one in office. Therefore, I had to call UHaul to walk me through the process of retrieving the key in a lockbox.

Alexander SVery convenient location and very convenient being able to rent 24/7. Truck was a brand new 2025 model which was great but the cab was really dirty. A simple wipe down would have been nice. It is very tight getting trucks in and out of here. Not the locations fault but something to keep in mind. Location is pretty well lit and clean. There's a gas station next door for filling up.

VICTOR VThe uhual app had a glitch and I couldn’t check out my truck. The self storage place had no one in the office at 10am. I called uhual twice and neither time were they very helpful. Then the app crashed when I tried to return the truck and I had to call uhual customer support again to confirm that the truck showed that it was returned.

Diego AI am very frustrated with my most recent experience. I have used u-haul numerous times in the past and this time makes me not want to use u-haul for business ever again. On the 29th, I made a reservation to pick up a truck after hours. The location failed to leave the key where it was supposed to be. After being on hold/on the phone for an hour!!! By myself!!! In a dark parking lot (because my ride dropped me off thinking it would be a quick process to get the truck) the call reset and sent me back to the main menu. I was already unhappy and this did not make it better. Before the call dropped, I had climbed all over the trucks looking for keys in potential hidden lock boxes, squeezing behind the trucks and in the process, snagging my very expensive pants on the metal piece you step up on the back of the truck. I even unlocked all of the lock boxes to find no keys. I called back and was going to be on hold for another 40 minutes before I called it quits. The next morning, I called the location and was told they would have the manager call me. Tiffany then called me shortly and apologized and said she would take care of the day of renting the truck due to her husband not leaving the keys. I was grateful as I had wasted a lot of my time and friends time who drove all the way to help me move twice. I was staying in my new place almost an hour away so I had to make that trip an extra time round trip, along with everyone helping me. I go pick up the truck and ask if there’s a way to add 5-10 miles on for a pit stop I need to make as well as a dolly. I had no problem paying for it. They said no problem, and that they would take care of it and gave me 20 miles. So fast forward, I drop the truck off that evening at the drop off location, I didn’t even keep the truck 10 or 11 hours as I had lost so much time due to no fault of my own. Everything in perfect condition and all. I then checked my bank account to find the charge still there. I gave it a few days and it was still there. So I called Tiffany back and she proceeds to say she didn’t give me the truck for free, but that she didn’t charge me for the first day??? The first day I didn’t use due to them not leaving the keys??? She said she couldn’t just give a truck for free which sure I can understand but there was definitely a huge miscommunication on her end and I am not nearly as grateful for her giving me “20 miles for free” when I only asked for 5-10 and only used 5. Also adding a $7 dolly on isn’t really helping make up for the accumulating frustrations that they were the cause of. Making me not pay for a day I never got to use is not a “make it right” kind of thing to do. And if you can’t give the price of a full truck, I feel some sort of compensation should be given whether it’s 25-50% back or something. None of this would’ve happened if it wasn’t for their negligence.
Haley ONot able to check-in thru the app. has to be the browser. System does not allow to scan the back of your driver license. This is the second time it happens in two months.
JUAN VThis location was great. However, The Hala Market location cancelled my reservation 45 minutes before pick up. Then sent us to another located in a flea market. They were LESS than helpful. Spoke to an incredibly helpful woman (Kimba Henriques) who sent us to a third location @ Migard Self Storage. The gentleman there was outstanding. Highly recommend this location

Yvonne AThere was only one person working between the storage unit and Uhaul desk and he was busy upstairs when I was trying to check in. Because of this, the front door was locked and my calls went unanswered.
Kathryn OGot to first drop off location Halal Market. Uhaul area in this store was closed. Owner had gone on vacation and we were not notified or assigned another location. After a phone call to uhaul and 45 minutes later we were sent to midguard. Personnel had door locked and did not answer phone number posted on door. After 20 minutes we started filling out online drop off. Personnel finally came to door. Nice guy but after 1 and half hour run around I was furious. Will not use uhaul again.

Richard Lwe were not told that we would be getting the key from an outside box. the location was open but locked and the manager took almost half an hour to open the door after we called. we were stuck outside in the florida heat with no updates as to when he would arrive. extremely poor service, but the uhaul functioned well and it’s in a decent location.

Roberto MThis is the second time my pick up location did NOT have the truck I reserved. Day of I had to drive to a second location without warning. At least this time I knew to schedule the movers hours later from my previous experience. They had the truck but not the equipment I requested. The truck was a mess with blanket everywhere. So I left it the same way and I was charged. Plus when I had to pay the price for pick up it was about the same as with all the equipment I requested but without the equipment. The employees at the location were great and as helpful as they could be but Uhaul was not. This again is the SECOND time I’ve moved and had issues with Uhaul. I would leave zero stars if there was an option.
Melissa ROriginal drop-off location was 3791 Oxford drive in Kissimmee. No one there and no way to self checkout. No key drop and the shop at this location is a hukkah pipe store. This is either an outdated location or the owners don't take their Job as a UHaul representative seriously. We will never use this drop off site again. Person at Poinciana location was excellent and is the only reason I would use UHaul in Orlando again.

Then had someone half his size proceed to assist me with manually attaching the trailer to my truck without a lift kit. Extremely poor service!

michael lNot be so cheap and charge me an extra $0.86 for going 2 miles over the stingy mile limit I was given. I understand going over by like 10 miles or more but come on, it's under one dollar. Implement a mile buffer range instead of pinching pennies out of customers.
Jose PI was told and confirmed that I could drop trailer off and everything was going to be taken care of. Then I got billed for an extra day, even when I returned trailer early!
