When I made the reservation for my equipment, I chose an 8 AM pick up time. I arrived at the location about five minutes early and no one was there except the mechanic and he didn’t know how to handle the reservations. That’s fine, not a problem at all. Another employee showed up, but he also was not confident in how to do the reservations. The business owner did not show up until 8:40 AM. I was very displeased. He discounted my rental, but that is no excuse for being over 30 minutes late. I had people scheduled to help me, which intern had been waiting for me.

There were no clear markers or instructions for dropoff, but the lockbox was easily identifiable and the address was easy to get to.

LOIS BWe called 3 weeks in advance to reserve the biggest u haul available which they still didn't have available when we went to pick it up. Instead we had to get a 20ft u haul and 2 6x12 trailers which ended up costing more than I had so had to borrow money from the family just to make the move

DEREK PTrailer had prior damage that was marked and pointed out how ever the tongue was bent just enough to cause the tow to duck walk, Trailer should have been tow tested prior to being rented out. I do not believe Midland knew and the last location should have done proper repairs.
LANCE HI've rented trailers here a couple of times. Both times have been quick and easy to check out and to return the trailers.
