24/7 App didn't work so i had to get the truck directly from the agent. They gave me the wrong truck, which made it difficult to return the truck on the other end. I reserved a 10 foot truck, was told that I would receive a 15 foot truck instead, and then they gave me a 20 foot truck by mistake.Daniel B.

The lady over the counter keep talking to what appeared to be her friend about how to train her dog for almost 10 minutes while I and two other customers are waiting. I booked the rental 1 day ahead. If I was not in a time constrain of my travel/moving, I would have canceled right away already.Tracy T.

STOP with the false advertisements!!! The location had my reservation for a week and when I got there the equipment I requested was NOT there! He wanted me to run all over town to look for what I needed!!Tracey M.
This was not our original pick up location. After confirming and checking in with a different location on twonotch they removed our paid reservation which the call center (Daisy) help us get one here at this location. It was quite upsetting that the other location removed our paid confirm reservation suddenly over night. Plus no one answers to help resolve this matter at the original pick up location.jodie C.

I was over charged by uhaul for going over the mileage limit. However, I only went over because they changed my pickup location an hour before I had to pick up the uhaul, but did not increase my mileage.Paketrice J.
