The front 2 tires on the trailer had to be replaced as soon as I got it home. One had steel cord showing over most of the inner edge. These tires were not safe for use & should have been spotted as needing replacement some time ago.

SUSAN BWhile this location was excellent with the equipment, ease of pickup and drop off, and exemplary customer service, I was annoyed with the u-haul website itself and my account therein. It was my intention to check in online and pick up and drop off through the online system as I have several times in the past, but this transaction never showed up on my account to be able to make online pickup and drop off possible. That was frustrating and took more time for pickup than it should have.

MYKITA HTrailer pulled great empty and loaded. Everything worked properly. Clean. Tires all good. Brakes worked and seemed properly adjusted.

Troy HFirstly the allow you to reserve for 7am pickup and they don’t open until 8am. This is attached to a mechanic shop. I didn’t know they were not the ones who ran the U-Haul. The man went off on someone on the phone cursing them out telling them to get all their stuff off his property. He eventually helped me and my 7am reservation was late. Once I got onto the highway headed towards my destination the check engine light came on and truck would surge and spudder. I made it to my destination and unloaded. I was a little late due to not being able to go the speed limit on my 70mile trip, plus no one being at the shop at 7am for my 7 am pick up. The lady called me and was extremely rude and yelled at me then hung up when I was trying to explain why I had not turned it in by 7am. She still charged me for a second day. I was not very late. Which I should not have been charged for the second day due to them not even being open at 7am and the fact that the truck was almost unsafe to drive. I will be disputing the second charge with my bank.

Raymond ACheck the condition of the equipment ( in this case 6x12 trailer) more often.. First trailer I picked up had a bad tire… I took it back to rental site and exchanged for another trailer..
Lowell CMidnight Truck Parts offered superior customer service! They even stayed late because my husband had a meeting and commutes to work so he was still able to pick up the trailer. I would recommend them!

toni cThe people at the truck rental could not be here on the Day I wanted to turn the truck in. So I had to find a friend to go online and check in the truck. Via computer. I was panicking because I did not need the truck for 3 more days. The 1-800 Uhaul rep on the phone said I had to take it back where I had rented it or pay over $800 extra. So I was very upset. Almost ready to totally desert UHAUL Forever.
MARGUERITE MStaff was very helpful in that they helped me reserve a trailer at another location because they did not have what I needed and then when I dropped off the trailer at their location the uhaul app would not allow me to complete the return (didn't recognize cleanliness photo) and they helped me through that process the next day.
