For starters, it took away too long to get through the paperwork on the computer. I should’ve been able to go in pick up the keys and leave. Instead, I got to spend 20 minutes trying to go through all the BS. Then there was the fact that the tire inflation light was on the whole trip. That should’ve been taken care of at the U-Haul place and not been my problem. Since I would’ve had to pay for air anywhere I stopped I did not choose to spend my money paying for air.
