EDWARD DThis is the friendliest and most helpful place I have ever found to rent a u-haul. No internet needed, no long waiting and no hassles. No confusion, picture taking, wait time very simple! Need a u-haul give Hoppe a call, you will not regret it! No improvements needed here. It is excellent customer service! They will take care of your moving needs and relieve the stress!!

BILLY Pbut they took almost all of my 100.00 deposit. i understood what day i had to return the truck but didnt relize there was a specific time. it would have been nice if someone would have told me. the print on the printout is too small for me to read , i had surgery on my eyes and cannot see small print. i am elderly and it would have been nice to have been told. thank you

JOHN HNot this location specifically U-Haul was terrible. My first location was transferred 15hrs before pickup to 40 miles away. Picking up with U-Haul is one of the worst experiences ever. I have done it twice and each time was completely atrocious. Customer service doesn’t seem to care. Transferred calls hung up. Took over 2 hours to pick up.

Gary WThis is a pickup location only. Other then an appliance dolly, there are no boxing or packing materials available. It was noted by dealer that truck was ready to go, but once down the road a few miles, on way to loading site, it was discovered the trucks rear axle seals were leaking, causing brakes to smoke/ fade when applied. Dealer informed me no other 26' truck was available, and to scan barcode on my paper work for repair service. Since my moving schedule did not allow for this type of delay I used truck as is and reported problem to Springfield. IL. dealer were I checked truck in at

Starlene LThe link on my order gave me directions to EAST Kings Hwy, not West. The unmanned site was a problem due to the app-- we kept having to start over. We finally called the help line and didn't let the person hang up until we had keys in hand. Why would you need to call a contact and slow down the process?? It took us nearly 45 minutes to do what should have taken 10 minutes!
