The oil pressure was low. The tire pressure was low. The counter for customer service was a huge mess. We reserved a vehicle at the South Topeka location and was moved to Carbondale at the last minute without reason.

Robert SThe U-Haul & full car dolly I rented should not have been rented to me to begin with. There was previous damage to both. One major issue was marked by U-Haul during a return previous to when I rented it. I am unaware when this was done but there were clear "X" stickers on the major damage to the truck but not to the full car dolly. Someone returned them together and since I needed both I reserved/rented them. Other than the fact they did not do a walk around the equipment with me or give me an actual paper contract they worked very hard to get me on my way. It was no fault of their own and they couldn't have known of all the trouble I had on my move. Everything that that happened was due to U-Haul and the old, worn out, rusty damage that 95% of could not possibly have been noticed by the store I rented the equipment from right down to being delayed a day because U-Hauls system was down at my original pick up date. This trip went from a 2 day trip to a, well still ongoing trip and not being able to travel safely due to damage to the rentals. I was flabbergasted by all the issues I had from the equipment I rented.
Gabrielle Ginside of the cab had dog hair and smelled of dog pee, other than that it was ok I need the truck and that was why I took the truck as is.
Carol LDeb was so helpful, she changed us from a trailer to truck.
Genea RThere was No one there to both check out the truck nor check it back in that knew anything, I took pictures of the truck number, fuel gauge and odometer upon pickup and dropoff to cover myself. They also lied and said I rented a different truck than I used. Milage was the same charge but added to the wrong vehicle.

Destiny SIn all fairness it was her first time checking out a trailer. I had done everything online, but did it all over again and it took about an hour. We were very fortunate that they had a trailer for us because our timetable was tight. Everything worked out.
