I reserved a 15' truck and they gave them to other people. Instead I had to take a 26' truck that was way too large for the driveway I had. Plus I don't believe they accurately accounted for the mileage. Said it may be 50 miles and am sure it was less and got charged for more than the 50. My fault I didn't check the mileage at drop off was dealing with a snow storm that happened thru. Anyway if I could do zero stars I would.
