JOAN BThe one thing is I did not get a message from U-Haul as to where my truck was located. I had to look that up for myself. But the people at midway storage were extremely friendly and great to work with. This is the second time I’ve used them to rent a U-Haul. And of course I would use them again in the future.
MARK GThe app repeatedly crashed, making the process of picking up and dropping off my truck incredibly frustrating. I had to call and use online chat multiple times just to complete the transaction. Overall, it was a very aggravating experience.

The only negative to the experience is that the U-Haul app told me to go to one placee and the email you sent told me to go somewhere else. I lost over 45 minutes trying to sort that all out. . You really need to find a developer to fix that lousy app. However, Midway Mini Storage is fabulous, and I'm glad I ended up there. Thanks.
JOHN HIt took us 2 hours to check in and pick up our UHaul truck. We were scheduled to pick it up at 9:00CST and we did not leave the U-Haul parking lot until 11:00CST. The delay caused an upset to our entire day. We hired independent movers to help us move so we had to pay them for an extra 2 hours while they waited for us to pick up the truck. Our out of pocket cost for the movers was $400. Totally unacceptable.

David BThere was a low tire light on the dahs when I picked it up and when I notified the count man he came out and looked at it and said it was the sensor but when I drove off the right front tire was reporting low and it was low and I had ti fill it with about 15 lbs of air. I feel like the person at the counter did not care and just wanted my money. When my wife brought the key back she said the counter man at the time was very rude and seemed angry.

Chuck Myour website for self check-in does not work. I was checking in a trailer and it kept forcing me to complete mileage and fuel and then told me the mileage was excessive and would lead to charges and it still would not allow me to advance on the website. Also you say to use on my phone the "EZ-Return" app and you have that Trademarked. When I look to download an EZ-Return app from the App store, I get a ez-returns app that is for returning stuff I bought online. You provide no EZ-Return app, it does not exist and its confusing.
Stacy GTruck leaked water. Refused to do anything about it. Referred me to incorrect areas for claims. They didn’t do anything either. Unable to file claim. Then they had the audacity to say I didn’t turn the key in which I absolutely did. Absolute nightmare from beginning to end.

Rafael SI originally wanted and reserved a 10' truck at Adkisons BP Pure on 280 Cervantes St, Pensacola, FL but was unable to complete virtual check out. The wireless signal was inadequate to connect with U Haul app or the phone operators. This made me change my reservation to the Gulf Breeze parkway location have to rent a much larger and less fuel efficient truck costing my a lot of extra fuel cost.
