Maribel QuintanillaTold me to make sure the tank is filled a little over 3 quarters of tank or I’ll be charged for gas. I filled it to passing 3 quarters and they still added a 19.48 charge for gas just to run my bill up. I don’t recommend this place plus they say they’re only local and don’t allow you to drop the uhaul anywhere uhauls are because it’s their uhaul and must be returned to them but when I asked about the extra charge they didn’t want to refund me they wanted to refer me to uhaul customer service. Instead of being reasonable and working with me they chose to give me a hard time.

GARFIELD RIDGE CHAMBER OF COMMERCEMatt was extremely rude and disrespectful. He also charged me an additional $50.00 “cleaning fee” when the truck was brought back clean. When I called the location to get an explanation, he (Matt) became angry and began to yell at me over the phone then hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times but he refused to pick up my phone call. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OR EVER UTILIZE THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!! Extremely rude and unprofessional.
Asalem HaleemThis is a storage place/rental from the first step into the lobby the guy had a attitude of where I parked mind you their gate was open to park in the back he made me take my truck park it on the street even though I had to move stuff from my pickup truck into the U-Haul Sonoma in a situation where I have to park both trucks back-to-back for faster unloading and loading he never steps outside to show me problems damages anything with the truck to check the mileage he never tells me of the scuffs on the truck never gets up from the chair but tells me I cannot do anything on his property I have to go on the street and do all the stuff I have to do

Matt was especially kind and accommodating per any requests over the years. Although I’m glad to not have to pay rent anymore, I will miss visiting this location often for my home staging business.

Customer service on the phone could not explain to me why nobody was there nor could they reach an employee at the site. When the employee did show up finally, he was rude, ignorant and unprofessional. On top of all of that I was forced to rent a large truck when all I needed was a moving van or very small truck due to lack of availability. Overall, I'll rent from Penske next time.
