Our lock was cut by an outside intruder, staff was quick and efficient to notify both us and police. The gate was left open the next time we came .

Through the few years I rented a storage unit in this facility, I was really happy with the experience. The pricing was very competitive, the security and access availability was excellent, and the customer service was top notch. I would highly recommend renting from this company if you are looking to rent a storage unit in the future.

I had my things in a unit in this Facility for half a year due to unforeseen circumstances with housing. When I got my things back maybe a couple of days ago and literally all of my things are filled with Mice feces and it is disgusting( not to mention a nice came out if my kids toy boxes and we have to have the place exterminated due to this). I would not recommend this Facility to anyone. I am very upset with the outcome of this situation and faculty is only reimbursing me for 1 month of service. It is ridiculous!

The sign up process was easy customer service was outstanding and the price of the unit was very reasonable and better than the market. Access was easy using the storage genie app. I would recommend this facility for your storage needs.

The ladies in the Elk River facility were very courteous and helpful whenever I called. Your billing system is a little confusing. If you pay on the due date it looks like you are paying a past due balance. Facility is very well kept.

Rented a 10x10 over the phone. Got a call after paying for the unit saying that I couldn't have the unit and needed to move to another unit that was more expensive. Told them I only need it for less than a month. Moved out after 3 weeks and was charged for 2 month rent. Will not rent from here again.
