This whole experience was beyond frustrating. First we showed up at the original rental location only to wait in line for 40 minutes before being able to speak with a worker who then told us the reservation was given to someone else and we do not have a truck, to then being told that they have moved the pickup to this location. We asked if they would have the circular padlocks at this new location and was told yes of course. We then drove into Rib Mountain to a dirty construction site where we did business in an empty trailer with no items or locks being sold. This caused my partner and I to have to now make an additional stop to purchase a lock after all the trouble Uhaul caused us.
