It took us almost an hour at pick-up, reservation was at 11:00 and we finally drove off the lot at 11:58 which caused us to be 45 minutes late for our scheduled table pickup! When we did arrive and carried our new table to the truck and opened the back we found trash from the previous renters!! Pretty unacceptable, especially considering we had to stand around and wait for nearly an hour to get the truck- to think the back door was obviously never opened or inspected.
