LINDA PThe 24/7 option sounds like a good idea, but two other people were also trying to pick up their trucks at the same time…and NONE of us had an easy time doing it and two of us had to call for support. Also, the truck we were given had major issues going into Reverse. Took multiple attempts to get it in gear.

Toy GLocation wasn’t open during my pick up time and another customer returned a truck blocking my truck in. I reserved a truck weeks ahead and there was no truck on my pick up day. I had to take a larger truck which was super inconvenient for my needs. Almost couldn’t get a truck. Why take reservations if you can’t actually have the truck ? Can’t run my business without dependability. It’s basically a toss up whether youll have my truck on pick up day. Not good.

Michele PI ordered a 10ft truck about a week in advance. Prior to my scheduled rental date, that truck was rented to someone else. I was given a 15ft truck instead. When I arrived at my scheduled pick up time, the 15ft truck had not been returned. The customer ended up keeping the truck an extra day, while I had to scramble to rearrange my schedule. When I drove by the Uhaul rental place the next morning, there was a 10ft and 15ft truck parked outside. By the time I arrived at noon, the 10ft truck was rented out to another customer, and I was left with the 15ft truck. I am really disappointed in how Uhaul treated me. The rental people were understanding, but Uhaul really let me down.
Erik ZProprietors were short rude and not understanding of a customers dilemma. I called first thing in am to tell the proprietor what had happened to me and I was told she didn't want to hear my long story. I'm 75 yrs old and at best it's elder abuse. I don't recommend this location

erica cI would recommend renting when the business is open. The vehicle was good but the process of renting through app is not easy and really hot and humid. Had to use the 800 number and still Took over a half hour. Same with bringing it back except now pouring rain trying to take photos etc.

John MGive the companies that you use to rent your equipment, more support. Give me the size truck that I want, don't change it for you Convenience and discovveinence me.

RICK CThis was my 3rd time renting a U-Haul,but my first time using the mobile app. It went pretty well once you figure out how to use the app. The location was very accessible for pick up & drop off.
Tamu JI was charged 25$ for cleaning the van, I returned it the same way I got it, the outside was covered in sand and salt. The inside floor mats were very dirty and the passenger seat also had not been cleaned from the last one that rented it. I had no passengers in the van. All I had in the back was a couple of tool boxes from my shop. If your going to charge me for cleaning make sure it's clean when I rent it

Steve SI reserved a 25 footer at This location one week prior, I received a phone call from UHaul two days before pick up that I would have to drive almost 45 miles to pick up this size truck and return it for a total of 90 miles. That would have cost me $125 extra dollars. I literally only needed a truck for 4 miles. I Don’t understand if you request a certain size truck 1 week prior why it was not made available for me and that I would have to pay the extra charge. If Uhaul wants everything done on line shouldn’t they make the effort to accommodate what you order? It is not the fault of the place I picked it up. Also it had rained the day before and was 18 degrees the next morning in February so everything was frozen(lock and box to get key out) no humans around to help, had to call 800 number to get service

Melanie PPrior to my pickup I got an email regarding having my vehicle looked at for towing capability. I called Mike's Garage and the woman said she never heard of that and was not open to having my vehicle looked at by them. When I dropped off the trailer I first went in to ask where they wanted it placed and the woman told me anywhere without offering any help whatsoever. I asked if I would get a receipt stating I dropped the trailer off and she said she would enter that info into her computer. She in fact stated she is nothing more than a " glorified parking lot attendant".Prior to leaving, for proof, I took pictures of the trailer unhooked from my truck in their lot. I feel this location is a poor representative for your organization.
gene pI was wrongly charged a cleaning fee for the truck I dropped off after hours. When we rented the truck, we were advised that there would be no cleaning fee if we cleaned the truck before returning it. So - we cleaned the truck and it was spotless. When I asked UHaul to remove the fee, they would not do it.
Phiiip TI had to use the self dispatch. The website and the mobile app failed to work for me. However the 800 phone number that was posted at Mike's Garage was able to complete my pick up. The call center listed on the app error page was not helpful. They tried but could not correct the problem.
Denise AMike's Garage in Woodsville was wonderful. This location is not the closest for me but is worth the few extra miles.
MICHAEL RDropped off after hours, so I didn’t go inside. Location was easy to find & I received an email confirmation the trailer was checked back in without needing to call.
Edward SThe on line check in worked well and I received great service from UHAUL to complete the transaction and get the keys for the truck. I won't hesitate to use this process again in the future.
Rick CThis is where I requested to pick up truck and trailer, but UHaul sent me 30 miles away for the truck, then back here for the trailer (then I had to go 30 miles back to the other place to load my car on the trailer). The lot at Mike's is a bit small, so I wasn't able to turn around to go back to my house, had to go the down the road a bit to a larger lot to turn around. The trailer was in good shape and ready to go when I arrived.

Andrew DOnly weird thing was when i got off highway to return truck check gas cap cane on. I said to myself almost at gas station to fill up i will just check in than. I got to gas station and there was no gas cap. Weird . I told them when I returned: Only thing i can say is maybe do a quick walk around or check off system.
COURTNEY CI rented a 10 foot truck and the only thing I did not know was that It did not have a ramp which was really frustrating my suggestion would be to get ramps for them that can snap in to the two holes with the door latches that can be moved in and out.
