So my complaint isn't on uhaul as they can't control this issue from fully happening. When we picked up the truck, it had no gas in it. Come to find out this and other truck on the lot got hit and some one stole the gas. They did take some money off my bills for it. I was there for a bit waiting for the truck but nothing to blame on them just a heads up if you do a mobile pick up
Kraig HThe pickup location and the process of picking up the Uhaul after hours went smoothly at Mike's Powersports. No complaints there. However, it was far away from the original location I requested. I originally requested the Midtown Uhaul location in Spokane. I called Midtown 5 days ahead of time to verify they had a 10' Uhaul available for a one way move to Oregon, and they said "yes, we have four 10' trucks available for one way moves next week!" Then I got a call the day before my reservation (from the Inland Northwest Regional Traffic Office) saying that location did not in fact have any trucks available for one way moves. I don't understand if the person answering the phone at Midtown did not have the authority to determine which trucks were available for one way moves, while the Inland Northwest Regional Traffic Office did have this authority? Uhaul needs to do better at making it clear on their reservation website what trucks are available at what locations, especially when reserving only a few days ahead of time, when the incoming trucks should already be on their way there. Even giving 48 hours notice instead of 24 hours notice on a changed location would be great, especially in these rural areas of Eastern Washington. People have to travel a long ways to the next closest Uhaul location.

Ted AEquipment was fine, but Mike's Powersports was out of the way. It is a business that does small engine repair and only has a couple of U-Haul products there. Seems like a sideline. Didn't have the furniture protectors I ordered, so I had to go to another U-Haul for them.

MICHAEL DMike’s power sports was great. U-Haul however pulled a fast one on me. I had originally set a drop off location near my residence, uhauls system changed the drop off to a place much further away from my location where they needed the trailer dropped, using me as there transportation. Very upset about that!!!
