It rained the night before and mud had accumulated where the truck was parked. The moment I stepped out of my vehicle to start the pickup process, I slipped and fell, hitting my head. The app also gave us lots of issues. It took us 30 minutes to do the pickup process because it kept going back to the initial page. Drop-off wasn't as bad, but still had some app issues.
