THOMAS KThe initial pick up of uhaul was a bit much. It wasn't the locations fault, it would be uhauls. We waited in the lot for atleast a bald hour trying to get the app contactless pick up to work. They needed to call a reference, which took forever. And then they never did call, I just noticed it was approved in the app.

Daniel MHad no issue with the local rep. She was great! My issue is with the the Uhaul booking process. First the sizes you state can fit into a truck are misleading. My 2 bedroom condo did not fit into a 20 foot truck. Also, more effort should be made to have a truck available at the requested location. My booking made months in advance got directed to another location . The requested location was at my storage unit. Saw the same size truck I needed there the day before that someone was able to walk in off the street and rent but I had to go elsewhere to get my rental. Customer service had no concern for my issue and quoted policy. What happened to finding solutions to satisfy your customers? Completely unsatisfied with this Uhaul experience.

NICHOLAS GAlthough the system for 24/7 pick-up was not working efficiently, the location staff and Uhaul's reservation line was very helpful in getting me taken care of and on the road.

Corey KFinal Pricing was not as quoted/explained. Charged me without acknowledgment. Did give me a $200 refund after I spoke to a manager who by the way was the most ignorant manager experience I’ve ever had. Being a manager myself, the uhaul manager needs to be trained on how to resolve issues with the customers.

Carl KI didn't order blankets or a dolly for my pickup yet they are on there. They are ziptied in place and if you break the ties you get charged. Firthermore, I rented that space you wasted on a dolly and pads I didn't want nor ask for. Just to ask me if I used them at the end of the trip. I've used uhaul in multiple states and I've never seen the setup before. It's not the end of the world but it was definitely in my way and limited some of the items I could fit at the end of my load.

Sean WThe tires were basically racing slicks. My destination…a mountain town ski resort. The tread was worthless on them and quite frankly, extremely dangerous. We got stuck yesterday afternoon and had to leave the truck on the side of our street overnight until we could get the road salted and get towed out. Hence, the truck was returned late. Horrible experience.
Michael KMy only complaint is the truck breaking down twice. Had to use jumper cables. That was a huge inconvenience.

Ms. Kelly was awesome her and another gentelmen was present and their customer service was impeccable. I recommend Uhaul too all. Thanks so much

Ashante DYou changed my location and notified me late. Therefore I never saw it. You changed my location 4 times since I booked the truck. And I had movers waiting for the truck for 1.5 hours sitting around and the Self check in is the worse feature ever. Very disappointed.
Gina SYour estimation and billing process, I have 4 charges on my account now and have to wait for them to clear to disputed. The location was dingy and did not feel the safest if I would have gone alone. Also my boyfriend who has a CDL drove the truck but I paid and made the reservation and somehow the reservation was switched to his name. When I call to ask comments about billing they said he has to call... All he did was drive the truck he has no part in the billing... If my charges are not resolved properly I'll be disputing and calling back, hopefully someone will let me access MY RESERVATION details.

martha rYour website for pickup and drop off is horrible. Uploading photos slows the website to a crawl and often causes the user to go back to the original screen without uploading the photo. I waited for 15 minutes to be connected to a customer service rep by phone, who consequently put me back into the system and I had to wait another 15 minutes to speak to another representative, who ultimately helped me. U-Haul really needs to improve the phone customer service wait times and the website capabilities. Horrible.

JANICE BI was given none of the supplies I was supposed to get (dolly, furniture dolly and furniture pads). I was lucky enough that the owner happened to stop by and I was able to get 1 dolly but none of the others. The location was great and they were helpful but whoever set up the pick up did not meet expectations, I would give it 1-2 stars.
