Carmen CWell when I booked a trailer!!! That was available and then go out of my way and rush to get there, to find it’s not there!!! That pisses me off to high hell. And I was not told or notified. And no other one were available anywhere. It will take a lot for me to use or suggest you to anyone.

Kylie NI dropped the trailer off separately 2 days before due in the pouring rain, parking it right alongside another against the side of the building. The next day (Sunday) after unloading the Uhaul, I dropped off the truck and the trailer had been moved diagonally across the front of the building. I don't know why or who moved it but we parked the uhaul in front of the trailer, there was still space to get behind the uhaul as well. I recieved a call from this business the next morning (Monday/due date) and immediately was being yelled at by a grown man for the location of the equipment. I tried talking to him and explaining I did not leave the trailer there it had been moved, and he proceeded to yell at me over the phone saying it was my fault and I "blocked his damn driveway". Grumpy old man and poor customer service, he didn't even need to confirm any information, the uhaul was left with half a tank (recieved it with 1/4), uhaul was clean and both could easily be moved wherever he preferred them to be. He just called to yell for no reason. I simply hung up on him since he couldn't speak to me like a normal person and never heard back.
Jaime HWe tried to return the uhaul and leave the keys in the drop box and check out on the uhaul website since the business was closed on the weekend- the uhaul website was horrible - you could not check in on line - the call wait time was 40 minutes- the online chat wait was 15 min -after which no one ever came on to live chat-it was very frustrating and VERY inconvenient to return the truck. Both the pick up and drop off location businesses were great but uhaul really needs to work on their website-that was the only complaint about the whole experience

Brenda AThe owner was a total jerk. Closed on Sunday. I had called Friday asking how to make the trailer return. Was told to park anywhere. The location a disorganized mess and I parked the trailer where no vehicles were blocked. I went there first thing this morning (Monday) to make sure they checked me in. The owner was in a high decibel dither telling people in front of me he wished "U-Haul would all go away - too many trucks and trailers here, too much bother, etc". A total jerk. He pointed at another chap at the desk when I said I would not leave until the return of the trailer and pads I had rented were acknowledged, which the other guy did. Appears even tho one person owns the property there is some kind of sub agreement with U-Haul to be there. THIS FRANCHISE IS NO GREAT ASSET OF U-HAUL !

Johnny SOur truck had a cable for the back door of the truck broken off.The broken cable was put in the front of the truck by cupholders.It would've been nice to have it repaired.All this done by Mike's Wrecker service.We picked up the teuck that way.
Lisa TPut trackers on your equipment. I parked the truck and trailer Saturday night at approximately 2030 hours and was charged $66 Monday morning when it finally opened and checked in equipment for Sunday.
